The Edouard Jacques suite is located on the rue Edouard Jacques, about a five minutes walk from the Montparnasse area (a favorite haunt of Hemingway and the 1920’s Lost Generation). This Left Bank location is in a traditional part of Paris with typical butchers, bakers, and cafes, interspersed with more trendy bars and restaurants spreading out from the Montparnasse area.
It’s a wonderful area for a very Parisian experience. It’s also in a great location forgetting around Paris from the Montparnasse metro stop. The apartment is a light-filled studio with a main room located on the 1er etage (our second floor). The apartment has great windows overlooking on the street and crown molding to help you enjoy the real Paris. The main room has a comfortable table with two side chairs and a wonderful antique desk if you have work to do during your visit to Paris.

What a perfect little place to stay in Paris! And would not have wanted to celebrate my 40th anywhere else! Well appointed studio with LARGE bed, full kitchen and bathroom. Typical French building with beautiful old staircase (don't worry, the studio is on the first floor!) Enjoyed our stay tremendously. With two bakeries nearby, breakfast was incredible! Easy access to metro. Anything and everything to make your stay in Paris perfect! Highly recommend!
