WELCOME TO OUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME!! Our condo was built in 2006 with all first class amenities and is tastefully decorated in a "British West Indies" flare. Known as "Island Vista", our condo has a true resort feel and is located in a quiet residential neighborhood known as the "GOLDEN MILE". Located on over 500 feet of sandy beach, Island Vista is situated on one of the least crowded areas in Myrtle Beach. You will be near the action and away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area.
My wife and I have been vacationing in Myrtle Beach for the past 20 years and we were finally able to purchase a place of our own. After an exhausting search we stumbled upon "Island Vista". Even though it was over our target price range, as soon as we walked in, we knew this was the place we would call home.
Our condo is located on a lower level in the center of the resort with a beach view of north and south Myrtle Beach. There is covered parking to load and unload luggage and groceries on the floor of the condo. Additionally, the hallways are covered and climate controlled and very clean. It is also convenient to have the option of using the stairs or the high-speed elevators.
When inside the condo, there is a view of the palm trees, beach, and the ocean from the kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom. It is comforting to see the kids swim from the spacious kitchen while you cook. It is also romantic seeing and hearing the ocean from your bed as you watch the beautiful sunrise.
Island Vista is filled with wonderful amenities and conveniences. There are two outdoor pools, one indoor pool and lazy river and one indoor and one outdoor jacuzzi. Try out the on-site 4 star restaurant serving breakfast and dinner daily. Additionally, a favorite of ours is the poolside "Tiki Hut" featuring frozen drinks, cocktails and casual food. So come and relax while your children participate in a number of complimentary supervised activities (Summer months only) to include: poolside games, arts and crafts, scavenger hunts, and pizza and movie nights.
We share so many wonderful memories here and hope you will make our condo part of your family's vacation memories and that you will feel as comfortable as we do. We understand there are many vacation rental options available and we are confident you will find our condo everything you're searching for and more. - Lower level for those who do not like heights or waiting for elevators. This 3 bedroom 3 bath condo has 2 king size beds and one queen bed in separate bedrooms. There is an additional queen size sofabed for additional guests in the family room. Look at the beach, palm trees and ocean from your kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom. Two outdoor pools and 1 indoor and 1 outdoor jacuzzi, On Site exercise facility, restaurant and pool side Tiki Bar for delicious frozen drinks and food. Located in a residential section and away from the hustle and bustle...excellent for smaller children. Indoor lazy river and children's splash pool for year round fun.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
When I am at my condo in Myrtle Beach, it truely feels like "My Home Away from Home". Whether we come for a long weekend or a two week visit, we are just so relaxed here we will some day call it our permanent home. We have all the amenities at our resort and the area is just perfect for our family "ANY TIME OF THE YEAR". The weather is wonderful all year long, the golfing is great for me and the dining and shopping make my wife even happier. There is so much to do here from seeing a show or just "chillin" on the beach. Island Vista is the perfect place to stay for a family vacation, a romantic getaway, a men's golf retreat or even a girls weekend getaway. But even if you wan't to just hang out, "Island Vista's" onsite restaurant, Tiki hut bar and grill, wonderful pool complex, hot tubs, tanning lawn and the list goes on and on, make it the perfect getaway!!

My wife Lisa and I were married in April of 2007 on the property of our condo at Island Vista. We have 2 children, Michael age 15 and Morgan age 12. My wife treats them as her own and we love to spend quality time together at the beach. I am a general contractor in the Baltimore area and Lisa is a physician's assistant at a multi-specialty healthcare group specializing in primary care.
