Dana Point is home to a renown harbor, whale watching, boat trips to Catalina Island. It is famous for its surfing beaches and proximity to shopping and restaurants. The climate is considered the best in the country, with days of sun in the summer from 75-80 degrees, and mild winters around 65 degrees.
