Lots of windows and high raised ceilings give the property a brightly lit ambiance. The interior highlights a mix of modern and Florida style. A friendly, bright and good quality furnishing was quite deliberately emphasized. The house is equipped with central air conditioning, ceiling fans, 5 TVs, music system, high speed internet Wi-Fi, office, 2 fireplaces, large tiki bar inside with bar stools, escalator, dryer, washer, ironing board and iron, tiled double garage with door opener, pool heater, outdoor kitchen with gas grill, loungers, pool furniture, lounge, beach chairs. Kitchen equipment: Large gas stove in the middle of the kitchen, service hatch to the outside area, refrigerator/freezer combination with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, oven, microwave and enough dishes/glasses and cooking utensils, breakfast bar, dining room with a large dining table. There is a generous tiki bar in the living room with bar stools and complete bar furnishing for unforgettable cocktail evenings. You have a wonderful view of pool area and canal from the fine leather couch set. The pool area is surrounded by a screen, which protects from insects. In the roofed area outside there is an outdoor kitchen with gas grill, a dining table with chairs, cabinets and a lounge with seats. Pool can be heated and has a Jacuzzi. Moreover a waterfall can be activated in the pool. Pool is also equipped with an entry ramp for wheelchairs.
Pure luxury: The villa has space for 8 persons and is a highlight with 4 separate furnished bedrooms and a brightly illuminated living room with a view of canal and the tropically scaled landscape outside with a lot of individual seating facilities! The technical features on this property are top notch and taken for granted. Great importance is laid also on high energy efficiency, all e-devices have saving mode A, all lighting bulbs are energy saving lamps (wherever possible) and the pool can be heated with solar but during winter months it can also be electrically heated. This is not a standard in many houses. So save your vacation budget for finer things.

A boat can be rented and docked at the property itself. The exquisite yacht harbour with its restaurants, bars, shops for taking a stroll is 5 minutes drive away from the house.
Prime location / up scale residential area: The villa is located south west of Cape Coral in one of the most posh residential areas with a nicer neighbourhood. The pool area is oriented south west and so you can enjoy Florida sun the whole day.
Shopping facilities and restaurants are not far and can be reached in no time.
Activities for children are best taken care of in Cape Coral.
You need 10 minutes to drive by car to the Cape Coral beach.
Fort Myers is reachable within 15 minutes and the legendary Fort Myers beach in just 25 min.
You can reach the shell paradise Sanibel Island in 35 minutes and Matlacha on Pine Island in just 20 minutes.
For a day trip to the Everglades, for instance Everglades city, you need to drive 1 hour 20 minutes.
Naples is reachable within 50 minutes, Sarasota in 1.5 hours, Tampa in 2 hours 20 minutes, Miami in 2 hours 45 minutes and Orlando in about 3 hours.
