Walk into this unit and you will be blown away by the wonderful views afforded by the unique Alabama Point location. View from this 6th floor balcony sweeps from the beach to boats in the pass, to Florida Point on Perdido Key to the east to the Perdido Pass bridge and Marinas to the north. Bring your binoculars and see the weddings on beautiful Florida Point.
This view is fantastic in good weather or bad. No wonder this is the view shown on Mobile TV beach cam. Even from the walkway the vista includes Perdido Beach Resort next door, the beautiful homes on Cotton Bayou and the scenic San Roc Cay to the north.
On the property you will also find a fitness room,steam room,sauna, indoor and outdoor pools,indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a meeting room. The boardwalk leads to the widest beach on the Gulf. Fish below at the junction of the seawall to the Pass jetties. Scuba or snorkel in the most popular training area on the Alabama coast.
San Roc Cay Marina is just across the street to take a fishing trip or to watch the fishing boats unload their catch. You will also enjoy dining and shopping at the San Roc Cay restaurants and shops.
This unit has been our personal residence for several years and the extra care shows. The unit is tastefully decorated and has new paint, new sleeper sofa and love seat for a truly enjoyable beach experience. Has big screen LCD TV with several HDTV channels available to make those football weekends enjoyable.
This is a absolutely a no-smoking unit and building.

We recently returned from four fabulous days in Orange Beach. The condo was everything promised, the owners easy to work with, and the beach was great. We traveled with my mom and our three children. The condo felt spacious, with plenty of seating, and comfortable beds. My mom and children enjoyed the balcony with its view of the pass. There were plenty of boats to keep us entertained while we ate. When we did walk down to the beach, we enjoyed every minute. The beach wasn't crowded (like it appeared to be a little further down), which we appreciated. The complex was clean, with plenty of gated, covered parking very close to the elevator. We appreciated the number of carts available to use for loading and unloading. Overall this condo was great.

We visited Orange Beach in the last week of July and our family of 6 had an INCREDIBLE vacation. The condo had everything we needed but most importantly was very clean. There was plenty of room for all of us and the condo is decorated very well. The balcony view is magnificent and you can even see Florida - 2 miles away. The ocean water is just yards away from the condo. Deep sea fishing, parasailing, and dolphin cruises are available in the marina across the street and many fine restaurants and shopping are just minutes away. Take the elevator down, walk past the two pools and you're immediately on the short walk way to the beautiful and huge beach. My sons and I loved fishing on the Perdido Pass jetties and on the beach. We caught tons of Bluefish and Redfish. I cannot say enough about the owners, they were a pleasure to talk to and rent from. I wish everyone could have a worry-free vacation like we had - (great) memories that will last a lifetime. Only wish we had more time to spend in the condo and in Orange Beach! Can't wait for next year...

Our family stayed 5 days here at this property and I agree with the other comment the pictures don't do it any justice! We we're so relieved first of all to pull up to a secure gated complex! Having all our children (4) this was a big perk for us! Second of all when we opened the door it was very clean and much larger than we had thought it'd be...which was great! There are 6 of us total and we had plenty of room. The owners were very nice and quick to respond to any of our questions. The beach was so nice very clean with white sand...not crowded at all, the pool was very big as well which our children also enjoyed! We just loved it and will be back!!!!!! Thank you!!!

This condo is just as it is advertised. Great views of Perdido pass, faces east so you can watch the sun come up in the morning. Condo was very clean, which is important, big master bath with a whirlpool tub is very nice. The kids like the location because they could fish and we could watch them. The owners are very easy and nice to work with.

October 2010. Great condo, super folks to deal with and will certainly use them again in the future. The pictures don't do this unit justice. Super clean, 10 ft ceilings, granite counter tops, whirlpool bath and huge shower, watched the boats come in and out all day from the balcony, dolphins swimming just off the balcony in the early mornings. I had to try it, I literally flipped a coin into the gulf from the balcony! Huge beach and great fishing directly in front of the building. Will definetly be back.
