Pristine nature and relaxed holidays against the distinctive backdrop of the Tuscan countryside on more than 700 hectares of typical Mediterranean vegetation, forests, natural lakes and hills available to guests of the Tenuta Bellavista Insuese estate. You can stay in one of three vacation homes offering an unforgettable Tuscan experience, with each house being characterized by a special flair: the vacation home La Rondinaia, the apartment La Villa in the manor, and the comfortable farmhouse Lo Spondone. Here you can experience the magical atmosphere of Tuscan hospitality in a rural, yet elegant setting, where tradition and at the same time modern comfort are emphasized. Guests have access to the communal pool at La Rondinaia and that is also where the restaurant is located. Next to the manor is the tavern, where cooking classes, celebrations, wine tastings and similar activities take place. All facilities are elegantly and adequately furnished.
In the large nature reserve, especially at the lake Lago Alberto you have the option of all sorts of sports and leisure activities. Especially popular are nature hikes where grown-ups and kids alike get to know the songs of the birds in the forest.
The ample estate guarantees privacy and offers to large groups or families a spot for vacation, celebration, seminars, meetings, weddings or special birthdays. Upon request we develop individual programs for your stay, organize a shuttle, cooking classes, pottery and painting classes, Feldenkrais, yoga, or massage courses, hikes into the nature reserve or mountain bike excursions. At the Lago Alberto you can relax, hike, listen to the animals in the forest, even at night, or go fishing for bass and carp.
On the Tenuta estate there is also a reserve, the Riserva di Caccia Bellavista, where you can go hunting.

The spacious apartment La Villa is located on the first floor of the manor: It comprises a cosy living room with fireplace, a well equipped kitchen next to the dining room and three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The furnishings are elegant and comfortable and lovingly arranged down to the smallest detail. You can have a wonderful breakfast with foods produced on the estate on the panorama terrace with barbecue grill and shaded area, while enjoying the view. Alternatively, you can eat in the tavern in the building next door. There is a small playground for children, space for relaxation and enjoyment of the sun. The pool and restaurant are about 400 metres away. The atmosphere of the house is calm. The smells and colours, the sunlight and he tranquillity invite you to an unforgettable vacation in an oasis, which emphasizes hospitality.
