This Mediterranean Styled Luxury Lake Property is a perfect getaway from city life and can accomodate a huge family. It is a complete DESTINATION for your enjoyment. Here you can throw the coolest party you will ever want and your friends will love you forever if they are lucky enough to be invited. Bring your band, your karaoke and your margarita machine!!! You can also relax and enjoy lake activities, ski, kayak, fish , and even ride 4 wheelers around our neighborhood and on numerous trails on our own 11 acre estate or down numerous other nearby trails frequented by locals. You can dance on the back decks and dock. You can have a big BBQ. You can jump on the water trampoline and swim or watch everyone else while you sit perched on the deck. You can also enjoy and pet our many organically raised animals that we raise on the upper three acre parcel. Our kids and numerous neighborhood kids love to pet the pigs and baby goats and collect eggs from our chickens. We are happy to share our fresh eggs with our guests. If you are looking for an AWESOME monthly rental, but don't want to give up all the comforts of home...this is it! The house comes completely furnished and includes expenses such as water, electric, phone, premium channels and wifi. Enjoy a game of pool or shuffleboard. Families and friends that come from the city will love this blend of lake retreat and country farm.
Upon arrival, you will enter the first floor. This area is more formal for those that don't want to "rough" it. The living room is hard wood floor covered with antique persian rug, silk tapestries and antique French Furniture. The master bath on this level has its own 2 person tub decked in rosa marble. Double marble shower and vanity. The library is a great place to catch up on all your reading. It is furnished with rich Brazilian cherrywood floors and shelves with numerous books to peruse. The upstairs gourmet kitchen will be sure to please those practicing their culinary skills. Large black granite counters, stainless sinks and Dacor gas stove-tops provide a great environment in which to work. A large upper back deck allows for lots of fun with family and friends
Downstairs you will find yet another full gourmet kitchen including all granite countertops and amenities to match the one upstairs.. This level provides more family entertaining areas including a pool table and shuffleboard and lake access right outside the back door. Most all the rooms have lovely views of the lake.
The decks are large and have plenty of space for outdoor entertaining. These areas include numerous teak chairs and an outdoor table that seats 6. The boathouse offers a dock for your personal boat or jet skis. During warmer months we also provide a water trampoline with several fun attachments. This will be a rental to remember!!! There is an onsite boat ramp.
We encourage you to invite your family and friends to visit. We no longer restrict our rentals to people over 25 so now even the younger college aged generation can let it all hang out. Be sure to wear your college T-shirts especially if they are Texas schools like TCU, UT or A&M!!! We hope you enjoy your stay to its fullest. There is ample parking on the West roadside of Moore Lane If you need it. Monthly renters will be allowed to use the property in any legal way just as any other homeowner on the Lake Jacksonville. We will not be limiting the number of people on our property at any given time of your rental. Many Lake Jacksonville homeowners throw parties, even have bands especially on Memorial Day and other holidays. Come and enjoy!!! You wont find a cooler place!!! And now you can do it all month long... just imagine the fun.
There is NO smoking in the house! Violations of the smoking prohibition will cost the renter expensive treatments to alleviate the smoke related damage. Pets are not allowed.
