We had a wonderful time on our family reunion. The go-cart and AVT were great intertainment for the whole family as well as the hot tub. It has a beautiful view of the lake and a nice yard for the kids to play in. We even roasted marshmallow and made s'mores. The cabin is beautiful! Plenty of room even for our large group.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.
Owner response: Thanks. I'm glad you and the kids had a great time at the cabin. The cleaning crew said you left the place really clean. Thanks for your courtesy. You are definitely welcome back again!

This last visit was our 4th visit with our family. We really enjoy staying at this cabin and we plan on continuing to come each year. The cabin was really clean upon our arrival. The layout of the cabin is great and there is a lot of room to play and relax. We enjoying relaxing in the hot tub, watching movies on a variety of TV's, and using the pool table and a foosball table. The view is beautiful and the cabin feels very secluded. There is a backyard for kids to play on and plenty of trails for 4-wheelers, bikes, and hiking close by. The owner is great to work with and very helpful. We would recommend this cabin to all of our friends and family!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Our extended family of 24 very much enjoyed our short saty at this Bear Lake property. The property description was pretty accurate although we didn't realize we would be driving on a dirt road for a few miles to get there. The property is clean and well maintained unless you are a real clean freak. The owner provided excellent customer service. We would recommend this property to others - especially those needing a place for a large group. The owners and property are very family friendly. We loved the beautiful view of Bear Lake. Our family enjoyed renting a jet ski and playing on the beach, a hike into nearby Bloomington Lake, the melodrama at the Pickleville Theater, and the delicious raspberry shakes. Our grandchildren also enjoyed the new Go-Kart facility in Garden City.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, adventure seekers.

This cabin was beautiful and could accomadate our children and grand children. We had 17 there to eat and 12 that spend the nights there. Our grandchildren loved watching the squirrels, wild turkey's and the big rabbit. The cabin wasn't the cleanest, but after cleaning it to our specs we enjoyed it very much. Thank you.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family of 22 people spent a whole week at this cabin. Our 12 grandchildren age range is 22 years down to 3 years old and each really enjoyed staying in this cabin, as did our 4 children and their spouses. We left our boat in a slip at the State Marina, and brought ATV's to the property where there was plenty of parking for cars, trucks, and trailers. We were 10 minutes away from the marina where we enjoyed a sandy beach a few miles away and later in the afternoon enjoyed riding ATV's, as the trail head is just minutes away from the cabin. We enjoyed the beautiful view of Bear Lake from the large bay window. We seen deer, moose, rabbits and other animals. We cooked all of our meals at the cabin and went down to Garden City one night for milk shakes. This property and cabin is very clean clean and well-maintained. The owner was very good to work with and help us to be able to spend a very fun family vacation. We hope to come back again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: Thanks, Diane. The cleaning crew said you left the place really clean. And thanks for the 5 star rating. I'm so glad you want to come back again.

This cabin is all about the view. Overlooking Bear Lake with large panoramic windows, decks and a hot tub, this place was the perfect location for our family reunion of just over 20 people. There were enough rooms for the adults to sleep in private and the kids had large bunk beds downstairs with their own tv and play area so both adults and kids had a great time.Of course we didn’t come to Bear Lake for TV, so it was nice there was a lot of property around this cabin to play horseshoes, badminton and Bocce ball. And, after spending one day overlooking Bear Lake up on the mountain, it’s just a short drive down to the lake to enjoy all that Bear Lake has to offer. If you’ve never been to Bear Lake, just be warned they don’t have a Wal Mart or large grocery store and a lot of stores are closed on Sundays. Buy your food on the way to Bear Lake for your best selection. The Idaho border is just a few miles from this cabin, where the beer is better and cheaper, though.Since I was the one who found this place for our reunion, we got to sleep in the master bedroom on the third floor with our own bathroom and TV. But, like I said, I didn’t come here to watch TV, so I never did even turn that one on.Rather you have a large family reunion or a small get together with friends, I highly recommend renting this place. It’s large enough for a family reunion and yet it is also cozy, quaint, rustic and a beautiful place for a few.Owner response: Wow! Is there any way I can give YOUa 5 star rating for your WONDERFUL review! Thanks Phil!
