This beautiful cozy cabin has 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with 2 family rooms, a dining area, a recently remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops, new carpet, new tile and custom cabinets throughout, as well as a hot tub and breathtaking views of the entire Bear Lake!
This cabin provides a wonderful destination for a family reunion, company outings, or just a get-a-way with friends. Local activities include: skiing and snowmobile riding, water skiing, hiking, horse back riding, or simply a place to come and relax. There is plenty of grass space to play, picnic, barbecue and lounge.
The hot tub is nice place to retreat at the end of a long day. So take a break from real life and come visit this little hideaway. The amenities and activities are endless. There is something fun for the whole family to enjoy during your stay, whether its summer, fall, winter, or spring.
Recreation:
Because of its deep blue changing hues, Bear Lake has been coined "The Caribbean of the Rockies." Activities in Bear Lake boast some of the best water skiing and boating around. Winter activities are just as good with over 400 miles of groomed snowmobile trails complete with warming huts along the way. Beaver Mountain Ski Resort is just 15 minutes away. Whatever season you decide on, Bear Lake has it all!

-2 2008 Ski Do 600cc Snowmobiles available for rent during winter-first ten miles complimentary to access cabin. Rent is $5 per mile not to exceed $100/day per snowmobile per day of occupancy.
-Kids 5 HP GoKart available at no extra charge.
-Check in time is 3 p.m. and checkout time is 10 a.m.
-Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday are considered weekend nights.
-Cabin cannot be reserved without the $500 reservation deposit funds.
-No credit card processing fee for calling in a $500 reservation deposit with a credit card.
-5% credit card processing fee applies thereafter for paying balance of rent.
-Balance of rent due 60 days prior to occupancy.
-Cancellation policy: 30-60 days--½ refund; within 30 days--no refund.
-Extra Person Charge of $10 per person per night if group has over 18 but less than 30.
-Groups over 30: by special permission only at an increased rate, on a case-by-case basis.
-Snowmobiles/ATV refundable damage deposit of $500 per machine required prior to occupancy if they will be rented.
-Tourism Tax: 3%
-State Sales Tax: 6%
-Standard Cleaning Fee: $125.00 (assumes you leave the place as nice as you found it--the cleaners will do the linens and deep clean and sanitize everything).

I was just up over the weekend and went snowmobiling. The Sinks is only minutes away and took the kids' sleds with us and had a great time! You will need chains to get up to the cabin at this time of the year, unless you want to take the snowmobiles up from the storage unit which is just down the hill a few miles. If the snow from the storage unit is not deep enough then the Polaris Ranger can pull the sleds up the hill to the cabin no problem. So don't worry about winter access, we have you covered! Come create a great memory with your family and start a yearly tradition at this cabin--winter, spring, summer or fall!
