Disney is 3 miles. Celebration is 5 miles. Kissimmee is 12 miles.
Nightly Rate is FROM $99 per night plus taxes at 13%

20% Deposit secures reservation. Balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
NO Cleaning Charge for stays of 6 nights or more.Cleaning Charge of $80 for stays of LESS than 6 nights.
Pool heat is optional at $20 per night for number of nights house reserved.
Hot Tub always heated free of charge.
Amenities include central air-conditioning, fridge, freezer, ice-maker, cooker, microwave, washing machine, dryer, iron, dishwasher, various kitchen gadgets and hair dryer. All linens and towels are supplied.
Driving time from Orlando International Airport is 20 minutes and from Sanford Airport it is 40 minutes. Atlantic and Gulf coast beaches are a short drive away.
Disney is a five minute drive. Sea World and Universal Studios are approximately 15 minutes. Busch Gardens in Tampa is approximately one hour. Church Street Station, the Florida Mall, and Beltz Factory Outlet are all approximately 20 minutes' driving time.
Smoking is permitted on the pool deck. Small pets may be allowed by prior arrangement.

Very central located house. We enjoyed using the hot-tube and pool after long days in parks etc. It was clean and had all we needed. The price was good.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Home was conveniently located-clean with pool-hot-tub--games-tv's and pet friendly- Plenty of room for 8 if you need to bring the kids- Description of the property was accurate and the price was very good- especially being so close to all the popujlar venues.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The house was very nice - roomy bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. It is close to most anything you could want - restaurants, golf courses, Disney, etc. The kitchen was a little light on pots/pans/cooking utensils - if you're planning on cooking alot at home, but the basics were there.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We enjoyed our time in Florida, and we were very happy with the property we rented. There were eight of us under the same roof, and we had plenty of room to either spend time together, or do our own thing. The home was well equipped, and the locatation was not far from the parks. We have stayed in a few places around the area, and this location was the best. It was quiet, close to grocery stores, and a bit slower pace for our family. Because it was not far from the parks made it a great place for us. We had the best of both worlds. I would recommend this property to anyone I knew looking for a great property in that area.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.
