Come play in the sand, soak up some sun, and splash in the waves. This house is stocked with beach toys & boogie boards, so bring your bathing suits and sunscreen and leave your worries behind. You can watch the kids from any of the 3 oceanfront, child-friendly decks. Or, stroll the beach and you may just uncover fossilized sharks’ teeth and other unique treasures.
If you catch a little too much sun, there are indoor games at the house like Monopoly, Scrabble, Operation, Jenga, Cribbage, Memory, Boggle, and Sudoku as well as a number of movies, puzzles, and magazines. In addition to high-speed, wireless internet, we are pleased to also now have a desktop computer for your use. Every room has its own TV and DVD/VCR. We’ve also added memory foam mattress toppers for every bed. Combine that with the soothing sounds of the ocean, and every member of the family will be sure to drift off into a restful slumber.

Sitting out on the sand and you'd like one of your loved ones to bring you some iced tea? Just hit 'talk' then intercom and you can catch them before they walk back outside!

- Pet Friendly: Though we are animal lovers, we must insist on only well-behaved, house-trained dogs, please. Great care is taken to ensure that each guest has a pleasant and memorable stay. Incessantly barking dogs or torn up furniture would be contrary to that goal. Additional cleaning fees apply. Owner reserves the right to decline pets on a case by case basis. Why the Owner Chose North Topsail Beach
A close friend and business partner and I visited here after much coaxing from some friends that had moved here. After that, the choice to purchase a vacation home in North Topsail Beach, NC, was easy. We both have lived in Massachusetts all our lives and dreamed of having a home on the beach. And the price was actually within our budget.
The Unique Benefits at this Half Duplex
It is a beautiful, clean, and tranquil beach ---and the dolphins are regular visitors. I like to scuba dive and this area has some of the best diving on the East Coast. The privacy here is unlike that of more advertised vacation spots, like Myrtle Beach or the Outer Banks.

My business partner and I have known each other for 16 years. Frank is the manager of an autobody shop in Massachusetts where he has worked for 20 years. I (Terri) have been in the real estate appraisal business for 8 years and have a background in property management. Frank has one daughter and two wonderful mutts rescued from the streets of Puerto Rico and adopted through the Sterling Animal Shelter. I have one sweetheart of a little Pomeranian that I adopted from a family member that could not care for her. All of the four-legged family members have enjoyed time at "The Blue House" and join us in welcoming all of our guests.

Thank you for a lovely long weekend. We wish we could've stayed longer. It was truly one of the most relaxing mini vacations ever! Not only was the view stupendous, the home, warm & inviting, but the company made it very special. Our family consisted of Grammy & grand daughters & daughter & son-in-law. We all had a great time. The weather was perfect. We at so much seafood, we though we would burst. We had a great week at 'The Blue House'! The weather was awesome. Enjoyed time with the family and found a lot of nice shells, did some fishing, some swimming, and a lot of relaxing. Oh yeah --and don't forget the dog puzzle (downstairs in the bedroom with the bunk beds). You've got to try it. What a challenge! We all worked on it throughout the week. And the end result was a beautiful puzzle. We hated to take it apart. Thanks for the great summer vacation!! See you next year!

This was the first time we've (mother & daughter) rented this (home) and couldn't have been more pleased. It's very spacious, private, and you can't get better views. Excellent access for inlet fishing. No big fish tales to tell this year, but we're already talking about next year with my dad & boyfriend. Thank you for making this a very memorable "girls' week".
