The condo was immaculate and the building staff very gracious when we arrived. We loved the Mexican art and the well-equipped kitchen. Also - in a country where our primary experience has been hard beds it was great to have a pillow-top mattress. Renters should note it is over a 100 steps down to the main highway, which is about a third of the way down to the beach. One can walk down more stairs from the highway or take the street route. In all, it is about a 10-12 minute walk down to the beach, more coming back uphill for us. You can also get a taxi to or from the condo which does have an elevator. The building in which the condo is located is lovely and very well kept with a nice pool area. During our stay it was quiet in the evenings, just enough distance away from the Zona Romantica night life.

I just got back from our trip. My wife and I spent one week in this condo, had a really great time. It has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and this condo includes a laundry room. The owner of the condo is a really nice person and the property is located just walking distance from the Romantic and Downtown Zones. I don't have enough words to explain about this property and Puerto Vallarta. All I can say is that if you wanna have a great time in Puerto Vallarta, this is the perfect place to stay. Suggestions:- Always bargain for everything you buy.......cut the selling price by 50% Always get a Taxi on your way back to the condo because I bet you're gonna be tired. Don't tell anybody that you are from USA because people in Puerto Vallarta change their prices when you shop after you mention your nationality. Always use your credit cards. It's the best way to get a good exchange rate.If you wanna use cash, always use pesos instead of dollars. Stay away from time share crap.

Partner and I and a friend from Seattle spent 9 lovely days in this condo above Los Muertos Beach. The condo is in a very well maintained and updated building - gorgeous finishes and landscaping. The amenities included a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, living room, a great master bedroom/bath and a separate bedroom and bathroom. A maid stopped by for cleaning three days while we were there. The terrace's view can only be described as stunning! We found ourselves staring out at the sunset over the Pacific nearly every night! The property has one of the most gorgeous pools of anywhere we've stayed. We were there in early April; the end of the high season, so in the entire time we were there we saw just a few other couples - completely peaceful and quiet stay. The owner - Tom - was great to work with too and we can't say enough about that!! There were two "challenges" but both overcome easily! It's quite a climb from the beach, but a cab ride from downtown or the beach is just $4 - we walked it (and the cerveza and guacomole off) most of the time, but took the cab when we were lazier. The AC in the master bedroom didn't work one day, but with a simple call to the property management they had someone over to fix it. That's it! Otherwise, this place is GLORIOUS! We've been to PVR 6 times and this was absolutely the best - a large measure of that due to the experience at the condo. We'd highly recommend it and we will definitely be back ourselves!

This condo was a wonderful place to stay. It was a quick walk to the Malecon, and was very safe and quiet. The management was very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, beautiful! The view from the deck and Master bedroom is spectacular. The beds are really quality and comfortable. We spent other nights of our vacation on hotel beds that were miserable and couldn't wait to come back to this place. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Thank you for the great stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Excellent location, 10 minute walk to the beach with commercial beaches to the right and then beautiful little coves with gorgeous views to the left. Approximately 15 minute walk to main beach strip & shops. View of the bay from the apartment was lovely - perfect for sunset. Large balcony was perfect for enjoying dinner and evening in. Taxi's very cheap - 30/40 pesos to most places (£2). Apartment was very clean and very well maintained. Only suggestion I would make would be perhaps to put a door between the second 'sink' area and main hallway to make it a bit more private for those staying in the second bedroom. Main bedroom was beautiful and had excellent en-suite. All correspondence with letting agent was good and rapid responses to queries. Would thoroughly recommend Las Palomar des Gonzalez (check spelling!) restaurant which is no more than 5 minutes taxi from the apartment and has the most delicious food with stunning views of the bay. There is a useful folder in the apartment listing activites but some of the information is a little outofdate. Not a big problem because Tourist information were very helpful. Description & photo's of the apartment were very accurate. Would recommend this apartment to friends 100%.
