This is a One Bedroom 925 sq ft, Corner Unit with Balcony. This is a brand new unit and we're hoping to provide a beautiful property at a great price for those wanting to see Las Vegas.

The Signature includes a host of amenities which are included for our guests. Full concierge services, free wired and wireless internet access, business center, 24-hour in-suite gourmet dining, Starbucks coffee shop, lobby lounge, fitness center with state-of-the-art work-out equipment, 24-hour bell and valet service. Guests staying at the Signature have access to all the MGM Grand amenities. The Signature at MGM Grand is a non-smoking facility.

05/23/08 Positive Fantastic accommodation - beautifully decorated - spotlessly clean and with lots of lovely extras such as the pop-up TV! Coming from the UK, the whole booking process was really easy and the Owner was hugely helpful with our queries. Can't fault any aspect - would definitely recommend to anyone wanting fabulous accommodation at unbelievably good rates!

05/22/08 Positive We chose this condo because we traveled to Vegas (for a conference) with a toddler and wanted kitchen access and multiple rooms so he could nap in peace. We got that and then some. The MGM Signature is well-appointed, the condo has everything you need, including a crib by request. We enjoyed the pool just outside the building's doors, as well as the MGM Grand's pool city--perfect for kids! We also visited the lions everyday. There's tons to do in Vegas for kids--don't let its reputation scare you. We checked out the Children's Museum, which was in a sketchy area but once inside was great. Red Rock Canyon was nice too. Plus there are so many animal attractions in the casinos that my little one was fully entertained all week.

The room was quiet, comfortable, and luxurious. We especially appreciated the two bathrooms and the option for cleaning on the days when we requested it only. The Owner was great about communicating with us, and the condo is exactly as described, plus a great price.

It is a bit of a trek to get places, but that is true of nearly everywhere we have stayed in Vegas (this was our third trip)--make sure to walk to the Strip by going directly outside--don't walk through the casino. Plus there is free valet parking--so much handier to let the drivers handle parking and retrieving while we chilled out in the lobby.

We would stay there again in a heartbeat, and would not hesitate to recommend this condo to our friends.

03/25/08 Positive Our stay in Vegas was extremely convenient and reasonably priced. My wife and I were at a convention in the Bellagio, and for less than the price of a regular room, we had a beautifully decorated apartment, a relaxed atmospere, and an attentive condo staff. If you like your peace and quiet after a noisy Vegas day this is the place for you.

03/24/08 Positive Have stayed in Las Vegas for 14 consectutive years on a wide range of strip properties and I have to say this is the best so far. Quality of accomadation is awesome and the price is very good value. I wokre out i paid less in doallrs for a week here than I did in 1995 when I stayed at the Mirage. Exellent location too and efficient trasaction with the Owner. I will be rebooking again for next year.

01/09/08 Positive My husband, 8-year old son and I recently stayed at this property for a three day trip to Las Vegas. The suite was exactly as advertised on the HomeAway website. This condo is perfect for families with young children. It is very quiet and peaceful but close enough to the casinos to easily walk in a few minutes.

Our stay started two days after Christmas and the second TV in the bedroom was perfect for our son to use his new Wii. I loved having two bathrooms, especially the extra large master bath with two vanity areas. Our trip was short so we never ate in the condo but the kitchen was fully furnished with the essential appliances and utensils if needed. Everything about the condo is both luxurious and comfortable.

We truly enjoyed our stay and only wish that we had planned for a few extra days to experience more of the city. The owner, is a wonderful person who does everything that he can to ensure that no problems occur during your stay. He responded very quickly to my inquiry about the property and provided additional information he felt we might need. The cost was exactly what he said it would be and I would highly recommend working with him.

  • The staff at Signature were always very professional and extremely helpful. The hotel itself had great amenities including a great fitness center and pool. Our room was awesome and luxurious. We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub, big screen televisions and our bed was very comfortable. We loved the granite in the kitchen and appreciated the high end appliances. Eddie was extremely helpful and very accommodating. He catered to our needs and was responsive and patient when we had questions. Everything we expected, we received. We would recommend this condo to our friends and family. Thank-you, Eddie for the use of your beautiful condo.

  • Had a great experience at this condo. Its very conviniently located and the aminities were above expectation. The property had everything it says on MGM signature website + Ed gave us greate discount for our stay. Ed was very nice to work with, responded to all my questions within 12hrs, even created a special invoice for me! Thanks Ed! I was a bit apprihensive about safety, but there is no need to worry. I will recommend this to anyone in a heartbeat.

  • One of the nicest, cleanest, romantic place to stay at. All the accomodations including appliances (thats a first I've seen). Prices are VERY reasonable. Everything is walking distances even though its behind the MGM Grande. Setting up the date, room, information with Eddie was very easy and simple. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone else wanting to relax in vegas to do the same.

  • Wow - what a fantastic condo! My family had a great 2 week holiday in Las Vegas staying at The Signature Tower 3. My two kids aged 8 and 10 loved the pools and were able to play ball games all day long! Eddie was excellent with all our request and very prompt at responding to all our emails - of which there were many. Would 110% recommend staying at this condo.

  • I stayed in this condo for 6 weeks in June/July. Ed was more than accommodating in every way possible. The condo itself is very very nice, and very spacious. Having two full bathrooms really came in handy. I also can't say enough about the staff at the Signature, they were awesome for my entire trip. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a nicer place to stay in Vegas. An equivalent suite at Wynn/Bellagio/MGM/Venetian would run you 1K+ per night.
