We chose the Marriott Grand Residence in South Lake Tahoe because of the great central location to outdoor activities, good restaurants and entertainment. The Heavenly gondola starts right next to our resort and we are within a short walk to casinos, the Lake and many comforts. The Marriott offers luxery in the beautiful outdoor setting of Lake Tahoe.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our unit is located in the heart of the new Heavenly central square. The resort offers an end of day escape to your dusty hiking boots or snow covered skis. Relax in the outdoor pool and hot tubs or be rejuvenated in the onsite spas. The unit is a quiet escape located near any activity you care to participate in.

Linda and I are from Minnesota and grew up enjoying the outdoors during all four seasons. Skiing in the winter, boating in the summer and hiking anytime are some of our favorites. We have become foodies and I am known to enjoy a fine wine now and then. Travel and the thrill of discovering new vistas keep us on the move. We have five children and family gatherings are our favorite treasure.

Had a nice time in Tahoe in this condo... It is so clean and centrally located. We walked everywhere, shopping, pedicures, restaurants, casinos, etc. We loved it so much we're hoping to book it for next year! Thank you Scott!

We stayed in this unit from March 19-24, 2011 and had the best experience. The condo is very spacious w/ plenty of room and great amentities. We loved having 2 bathrooms and the one in the studio had tons of room. The unit is a lot nicer then the pictures...gorgeous. Everyone we came in contact w/ at the Marriiott was very friendly and courteous. We also loved the location...walking distance to shopping, casinos and skiing. We have made numerous trips to Lake Tahoe and this trip was definitely the best trip ever!!! The owners were wonderful...no problems at all....a pleasure to do business with. We will definitely stay at this property again!!

This property is the perfect location. The room is beautiful and the bathrooms are huge. Kitchen is huge. The lay out is perfect. We have really enjoyed our stay, skiing, shows and the restaurants were out of this world. Have fun!! Best vacation ever!!

We stayed at this property over the weekend of April 1-3, 2005. It was an excellent value; the room was very comfortable. In particular, the kitchen was nicely laid out, with a full-size refrigerator. The best part was the proximity to the Heavenly gondola, the casinos, and the large shopping center across the street (with a grocery store).
