Activities: The Villa is centrally located with easy access to Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, Toulon, Avignon, Juan-les-Pins, Cannes, Nice and the Gorges du Verdon, the French Grand Canyon, and all the gorgeous and famous Medieval Villages of Provence in between, all within ½ to 2 hours driving from the villa. Only a few miles away are beautiful beaches on the Mediterranean Sea where food and drinks are available during the High Season. The open air Markets in the area are worth visiting, especially the Saturday market in and around the Old City of Hyères... 12th Century. On sundays it is in La Londe les Maures, on the Main Street, from 7h00 to 13h00.. The Vineyards of Provence are worth visiting and sampling. Casinos are available in Hyères and St.Tropez and, of course, in Monte Carlo, 2 hours away.
Amenities: The Master Bedroom comes with a King Size bed and the Guest Room with a Queen and the Den a Full Size Double 7-inch foam mattress sofa-bed. The Bathroom has a bath with shower, lavatory and washing machine and hair dryer. The Master Bedroom has an en suite Bathroom with Shower. Since the Villa is our dwelling during the winter months, the Kitchen, with microwave oven, fridge, toaster, cook top and dishwasher is equipped with more accessories that you will need during your stay, either for cooking or for setting the table. The same applies to household linen and bedding. We leave basic items like flour, sugar, oil, herbs and spices, mustard, ketchup, and the like on the premises to make your stay more enjoyable. The Family Room is equipped with table and chairs with additional chairs, table and lounging chairs on the terrace. Flat Screen TV sets are provided in the Living Room and the Master Bedroom with HiFi, VCR and CD player in the Living Room. Cleaning service is provided at the end of the stay, but is available during your stay at your expense.
Since this is our winter retreat, we know our guests will take care of our dwelling as if it were theirs.

€800 to 1,150 Euros/week depending on date.
Reservations are from Saturday to Saturday unless agreed otherwise.
A 50% deposit freezes the reservation the balance being due 30 days
before you leave on your vacation when I will mail the keys to you.
Power, water,telephone, bed and house linen, HiSpeed Internet, Satellite TV and
cleaning at the end of your stay is included. You may charge your Credit Card on
www.xoom.com for transfer to my Bank Account.

I chose this location because of the scenery and the weather. The French Riviera is a fantastic location for spending time the easy way. And there is so much to see and visit within a 2-hour drive. Plus the Mediterranean Beaches nearby.

The pictures and descriptions do not cover how lovely this place is! The villa is located a few km from a nice town that has great shopping and wonderful beaches. It is fully equipped with a fantastic kitchen (complete with spices and recipes), wifi, very comfortable beds, lots of bedding and towels, washer and dryer, two bathrooms, air conditioning, beautiful view, outdoor cooking & eating area, patio, lawn chairs, wood BBQ, CD's, TV's and plenty of space. The place was spotless and modern. We were there in summer when it was HOT, but there are black-out shades, an awning, air conditioners and a pool within a few minutes walk to keep you comfortable. We took day trips to St Tropez, Avignon and Monaco from this base using both car and trains. When we come again, we would skip the day trips and stay 2-3 weeks just near this place as there are many many wonderful beaches, wineries, restaurants, farmers fruit stands, trails, country roads, and islands to explore just within about a 12 km radius. There is always something going on, a movie, outdoor fair or market, street dance, beach festival etc. all summer. Our teens loved that they each had their own bed and room along with the wifi. I loved cooking in the well equipped kitchen, coffee & wine on that patio and I would recommend this place to families or anyone to stay. It was wonderful and I hope to return very soon to stay longer! All of my dealings with the Pierre the owner were pleasant. He was most helpful in communicating, sending me tips, keys, etc. and keeping in touch. The price for the villa is very reasonable for such a wonderful, clean, comfortable, well-equipped place. STAY HERE! You won't be sorry.
