Enjoy Breckenridge to the fullest at our Peak 7 Vacation Home. Privacy and quiet charm abound with a location around 2 miles from the ski lifts by car or 3/4 mile by path and 2 miles to downtown Breck. The wide open spaces in this house are sure to please with the national forest as your back yard and views of the Ten Mile Mountain Range from almost all rooms. The open beamed great room that includes the kitchen allows everyone to be part of the experience. Relax outside on the deck, around the outdoor fire pit, in the large hot tub, or lounge by the cozy rustic wood burning stove in front of the new 50” flat screen TV.
Watch for moose, elk, and other wildlife from all windows in the house; this property backs up to untamed national forest with trails for hiking, biking, and cross country skiing. You are just a few steps out the back door from the famous Peaks Trail that connects Breckenridge to Frisco
Families, company retreat groups, and friends are going to feel comfortable in this spacious 4 bedroom with beds for fourteen guests. The second floor master bedroom is sure to please with a king bed, vaulted ceilings, dual vanity bath, and Jacuzzi tub, faux fire place, and flat screen TV with DVD player. The spacious main floor bedroom is set up with a beautiful king bed, sofa with twin pull out, faux fire place, and combination TV/DVD; the third and fourth bedrooms have a "Jack & Jill" bathroom, with queen beds and bunks that sleep a total of 9. There is a loft in the fourth bedroom with an inflatable twin mattress for use if desired.
Meal time for a large group is a joy with seating and set ups for 18 utilizing the dining table, bistro, and the kitchen island bar.
50” TV in the great room with DVD player, TV with DVD player in the bedroom on the main floor, TV with DVD player in room three. Board games and great books are there for you to enjoy as well.

Highly recommended. We had a wonderful weekend at Day Dream. The owner was helpful and available for questions. The location was perfect for our group, with both downhill and x-country nearby. The house was clean and very well maintained. It had all the amenities we were looking for, including good mattresses, extra blankets and pillows, and even humidifiers in the bedrooms. The kitchen was wonderful for cooking dinner together and the windows around the house are just lovely. We had a very special and relaxing weekend with friends. Each day we woke-up, marveled at the view from the kitchen and commented on how lucky we were to stay there. We will certainly come again. Thank you for making it such an easy and memorable trip.

Great home to rent! Owner was very easy to deal with and took care of everything. Would love to stay here again someday. We had three families and still had plenty of room with the spacious layout.

We very much enjoyed our stay here over Thanksgiving. The home was clean with a well stocked kitchen and the best part of all was the area it is located in. Very private with amazing views out the back of the forest and mountains beyond. We were told that the back field is a moose habitat and low and behold I saw one huge one. An awesome experience! Unfortunately no one else did. The heat was out on the main level but was quickly taken care of. The fireplace heats that level so well you don't really need central heat until you get up in the morning. The lack of a parking pass at the gondola turned out not to be much of an issue since some of us don't ski and just dropped those who did off at the gondola at Ski Hill condos just halfway down the mountain, a five minute drive. Walking to the gondola in snow with all their gear was not a good option for my sons and wives one of who is in the army and is used to trecking with an 80lb. pack. He said the differnece is he's on vacation. I would recommend this home especially to groups where there are nature enthusiasts as well as skiers. Great hiking out the back through a beautiful snowy landscape.

Truly a wonderful place!! The furnishings,the location,the views and accessibility---I cannot say enough good. We stayed 5 weeks and had various family members and friends drop by and the place is great for entertaining as well a peaceful haven. We are looking forward to next summer and hope to enjoy it here. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It's great for large parties, with plenty of room for everyone. The owner is very accommodating, gets back to you quickly and very easy to work with. The location is perfect for dropping skiiers off at the base of peak 7, parking at the Gondola or for the adventure seeker walking to the lifts and than skiing home at the end of the day!! We will definitely rent this property again next year!

This place is a great Breck value! Prime location, less than 5 min from the base of Peak 7 where you can drop off your skiiers. The views from the great room and bedroom of the forest and mountains are spectacular. The house is spacious; the layout is open and pleasing. Super-sized hot tub to relax after a long day on the slopes. We just wrapped up a 3 night stay - only wish it could have lasted much longer!

What a place!! We took the youth group from church and we all went crazy over the house. It was the perfect setting for the high schoolers to get to know each other. We played all the games and enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen is fantastic-it has everything you need to cook for a large group. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable to be in. It took ten minutes to get to the slopes. The grocery store had everything you would need. We can't wait to take the group back. Thank you for such a wonderful place.

This cabin is wonderful!!! The kitchen is well-equipped and very roomy. Also, the great room has a fantastic view of the forest and mountains. The owner is quick to reply and answer questions. I would certainly recommend this property.

We came all the way from Australia to Breckenridge for a two month snowboarding trip. I can easily say that our stay in this stunning home was the highlight of our trip. The pictures don't do it justice. When you walk through the front door I am sure you will be amazed at the beauty of the property. I highly recommend you stay here on your next Breckenridge getaway.
