An elegant 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo on the bluff at Seascape Beach Resort is now available to rent directly from the owner.
Enjoy magnificent views of Monterey Bay from two balconies and the luxury of a four diamond resort in an owner/designer remodeled two story condo - a perfect place to entertain business associates or steal away for a week or weekend.
Downstairs are the living room, dining room, kitchen and powder room where you can enjoy the custom crafted furniture, maple wood floors, black granite countertops, stainless steel kitchen appliances and gas fireplace.
Upstairs are two bedrooms each with a king size bed and private full bath. The master bedroom has an ocean view balcony.
Relax and listen to your iPod through the high end surround sound system or watch your favorite sports team on the flat screen plasma television.
If nature is the reason for your getaway, then sit out on one of the balconies and watch the ocean while enjoying a glass of wine - or stroll down and enjoy one of the resort's pools or spas.
Wake up to enjoy a long walk on beach . Head south toward Manressa Beach and watch the surfers or head north towards Capitola and stop for lunch or libations at Rio del Mar Cafe. Seals, sea otters and sea birds will entertain you along the way.
Dining is available on the property at the resort's Sanderlings Restuarant. Room service and spa treatments are available through the resort. Musical entertainment is provided in Sanderling's bar on the weekends.
A short walk from your door, at Seascape Village, you will find additional restaurants, a gourmet grocery store and deli, a clothing boutique, a wine and liquor shop, and a coffee shop for early morning engine revving. Seascape Sports Club, offering tennis and fitness facilities, is across the street.
Seascape Golf Club is available to anyone looking to play a round of golf. The course is a five minute drive from the condo.
