Unbelievable Home Away From Home!

We loved everything about this home. It is spotless, well-equipped, and convenient to everything in the area. Honeymoon Island State Park is just a few miles away and is a great place to spend the day. Clearwater, Tampa, and St. Pete are all short drives as well. There are lots of great restaurants close by. Breakfast at Tiffany's, Inc. is delicious and reasonably priced and for a great sandwich it's hard to beat The Lucky Dill. Rental owners Greg and Jill are gracious, responsive hosts and their peaceful, tranquil home is highly recommended. We had a wonderful vacation there and we hope to visit again soon.

THE most perfect vacation home ever. It is no suprise that every guest review rates this property as five out of five. This was our second visit and was every bit as enjoyable as our first - perhaps even more so. The property is just perfect with everything you could possibly need right at hand. And its in a great, central location too. Jill & Greg are so much more than 'mine host' - they are the nicest people you could be lucky enough to meet. This is a beautiful, comfortable home is a great location. We have had family in Tarpon Springs for many decades and always try to get down to visit at least once a year. We have rented in the area before but can unequivocally say that this home is an outstanding value for money. Clean, well equipped, comfortable with all the luxuries of home. By far the best located, furnished and cared villa we have stayed in. The pool was beautiful and we had a great time. Cannot recommend highly enough. Want to go back!

Wonderful pool home

We had a fantastic time in this quality pool home! Clean, high standard, great neighborhood and fantastic pool and lanai. Fully equipped with everything from beachtowels to ice-maker. Owners very helpful with everything and easy to get in touch with. Really nice people too! Giving this rental a five star rating didn't take much thought. Highly recommended!

My family and I enjoyed 10 days in Florida at this lovely property. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is very convenient to Honeymoon Island beach, a 10 minute drive to Tarpon Springs, and very easy access to Tampa. The property itself is decorated very nicely and was immaculately clean. In addition, the house has everything you could possibly need while on vacation -- from toilet paper and soaps in the bathrooms to spices and cooking oils in the pantry! We have two young children (ages 2 years and 5 years) who both loved the pool and the back garden, and we were delighted when the owners, Jill & Greg, offered to leave a few floats and other pool toys for the kids to use. Jill & Greg are incredibly nice and caring people. They made sure they were available if we had any questions/concerns and immediately handled an issue with the phone/internet so we weren't without service. We would certainly stay at this property again and would highly recommend others as well. PS, if you stay here, make sure to go to Strachan's Ice Cream (corner of Tampa Road and Alt. 19) -- the best ice cream around!! :)

Great Pool Home

Our family had a very relaxing vacation in this beautiful home. The pool is solar heated so the kids could enjoy it even on some cool days in April. Jill and Greg even provided pool toys, which the kids loved! We cooked some of our meals and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and more. It is very close to the Gulf beaches and not far from Tarpon Springs and good Greek food. We would definitely recommend this home.

Everything about this home was perfect, from the beautiful quiet neighborhood to the beautifully landscaped yard. The heated pool was perfect. We especially enjoyed the living room with the big screen television and the comfortable patio furniture was perfect for relaxing and entertaining. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone who is looking to vacation in Palm Harbor.

Jill and Greg, Your home was in a perfect location for out visit to Palm Harbor... This home made us feel at home with it's beauty and comfortable amenities, the location to the most beautify beach's...Bush Gardens (what a place to visit with the grandkids)...Great golf courses... beautify weather... What more could I have asked for. I was very impressed with your home furnishings. Simply beautify... especially the pool. I only hope that I can return the favor with you two in a Mountain Retreat of mine which will accomodate four couples. Found a special get away to rest & relax with our family. This home provided us with the perfect spot of beauty & serenity. There were 8 people sharing this home and it had plenty of room for all us. We loved hanging out visiting & enjoying our very special time together. The warmth & beauty of the pool was just perfect for the kids and Greg and Jill just thought of everything. Besides the pool, there were board games and karoke, movies and CD's to enjoy. The beach is less than 10 min. away and there is a grocery store about 2 min. away, which came in handy when you wanted to cook in the fully equipped kitchen. This house is just beautiful and well worth staying another time. Greg and Jill are not only friendly but is very eager to make your stay just perfect.....

What a perfect property and location - with every little thing we could possibly need for our holiday. The house is stunning, ultra-comfortable, spotlessly clean and really well equipped. The pool is awesome and we found it difficult to drag ourselves away from it most days. But doing so is worth the sacrifice to explore the nearby area with its picture-postcard beaches (especially Caladesi), great shopping, huge variety of good restaurants and a load of other entertainment options really close at hand. Ideal location too for trips to Tampa, Clearwater and St Petersburg (go support The Rays!) Would also make a good location for day trips to the theme parks - if that's your thing. We have been holidaying in this area for many years now and this is THE best property we have rented - by far! We're already planning our next stay at this property...that says it all really.
