Just out your door you are 20 steps from the water with lots of waterfront. Enjoy your mornings, afternoons, and evenings on the floating dock, the 2 waterfront patios with fire pit, the 900 sq/ft patio/deck 12 feet over the water, the balcony off the kitchen, or the hot tub with a view of the lake. Listen to music from the outdoor speakers while in the hot tub or just relaxing and taking in the view from both decks. Soak in your own private lake view and feel secluded with State Forest on opposite shoreline. Beautiful all year round! Cook in the fully equipped kitchen furnished with all the necessary cooking and serving tools. Best thing is you get to do this while enjoying views of the lake.
Cave Bay is only 30 minutes by pavement to Coeur D' Alene or just a 15 minute boat ride. Water sports and fishing are right out your back door. Access to the lakes multiple rivers make for great boat and jet ski scenic adventures. You are just 8 miles from the public Circling Raven Golf Course, rated top-ten new courses by Golf Digest. For you gamblers, the Coeur D' Alene Casino is right next door to the course. The Silverwood theme and water park is just an hour away. You are also an hour or so to 5 different snow ski resorts, for those of you who enjoy scenic winters on the lake!
Separate bunkhouse sleeps 4 and also has view of the lake. Great for those with kids at the age where they want to enjoy their own private space. This space has DVD and a game console to keep them entertained when it is adult time. Outside there is parking for up to 6 vehicles. Community boat trailer storage is also available and there is room to moore 1-2 boats on the private floating dock out the back door. Guided fishing is also available upon request for additional costs.
