The Unique Benefits at this House
You're in town....but you're just outside the busy core area, so its quiet and very private. And just a short walk to the Rio Grande walking/biking trail....or to Herron Park, sometimes known as the 'childrens' park'...or to the middle of town and all the excitement & convenience there...
Plus the views are outstanding, from Independence Pass to Mt Sopris. In the master suite, you can wake up to this amazing 180 degree view every morning!
There's wifi internet...in the summer you can bring your computer and work out on one of the patios....
And there are 7 flat screen tv's in the house, along with cable TV and satellite (Direct TV)..
Its about a 10-12 minute walk from our house to Gondola Plaza for access to skiing or hiking up Aspen Mountain
There are many ways to get onto the Rio Grande walking/biking trail from our house...one way is to step out the front door, walk about 20 feet, go down a short incline, cross the Oklahoma Flats bridge

my girlfriends and i stayed here for a week 1/08. the house was fabulous with all amenities you could want. it was a beautiful walk to the gondola or shopping. the beds,pillows and linens were luxurious ( even for the most discriminating princesses in our group )the views from every room in the house - spectacular. it was a very memorable vacation that we hope to repeat soon

We had a wonderful time at the property. We went with another family and all the kids had a great time playing in the various common areas, especially the sun/yoga room. We also got good use of the back yard where we built snowmen and had snowball fights. The location is very close to town and the bus stop, which is right across the street takes you everywhere you want to go. The owner is very helpful.

A perfect end to summer! Spent 10 days here. Peaceful, relaxing, spacious. Incredible kitchen! Very nice owners who obviously care about your stay. Can't wait to go back again! Best ever!

We stayed in the house while working on a promotion at the X Games in Aspen this year. We all had a great time at the house and it made such a world of difference coming back to such a wonderful home after such long event hours. Andrea was so helpful and lovely as well. This home is amazing and absolutely made our trip to Aspen! It is even more beautiful in person!! The views are breathtaking! The location is perfect--a short walk into town and also across the street from the shuttle stop. The owners couldn't have been more accommodating. They exceeded our expectations with nice extras and truly cared we had a memorable experience. I look forward to the opportunity to stay at this home again!

We had a wonderful experience renting this home in Aspen. It accommodated our large family easily-(6 adults; 3 children and next year we'll be bringing one more). The home is beautiful; yard for the kids to play; walking distance to town;parks; and great hiking nearby. This home was perfect for us!

Stayed for 11 nights in mid to late June 2009. Perfect location for access to downtown, the Rio Grande Trail, and Heron Park. Views from the multiple decks were great. Landscaping is beautiful. The house was large enough to accomodate our family of five and guest without feeling crowded. Garages and outside parking places easily accomodated our 2 SUV's, 5 bikes, and other outdoor equipment. Was nice, with 3 kids, to have wifi and numerous televisions. Far superior to our prior Aspen stays in 3 bedroom units at the Gant and Ritz Carlton Club. Would not hesitate to (and plan to) stay again.

This home is absolutely specatcular -- beyond anything we've found on VRBO before -- and in a perfect location for enjoying the town of Aspen and skiing any of the 4 mountains! The owners are gracious and extremely accommodating. We hope to be back next year!

I'm a long-time VRBO user, and this house is easily the best place I've ever had the pleasure to stay at. Gorgeous views of Aspen Mt., both inside and outside. A hot tub that will blow your mind. The kitchen has absolutely everything you can think of. Flat screen TVs everywhere. Piano. Massive and amazing shower in the master bath. Very simple walk into town and to the lifts. Owners are the most responsive, helpful and accommodating people I've ever rented from. A true gem.
