Owner's Map of Lift Condos
My husband and I bought this property from my parents 9 years ago. My parents owned it for 30 years, and once I bought it, the renovations began. Everything is new now, and truly feels like home to us. Growing up in Colorado, I remember going up to Breckenridge in the winter to ski, and in the summer to go horseback riding, rafting, hiking, and biking. Now we live on the East Coast, my children can enjoy the things I enjoyed as a child. Breckenridge has an abundance of things to do, the kids are never bored!

This Breckenridge condo is breathtakingly beautifully decorated, yet warm and comfortable. The condo had all the amenities we required and was perfectly positioned being only a short walk to the lifts, restaurants, heated pools and the many tempting shops in the heart of Breckenridge. Our stay there was a wonderful holiday in the perfect condo.

We brought our 3 kids to the mountains for a long ski weekend. They are age 7,9,11. We had a blast skiing every day. The accomodations were great. Lots of room for a family of 5. And very tastefully decorated. Our boys took over the loft and had their own space. I really appreciated the washer and dryer and could have packed a lot less. I also REALLY like the fact that they had a entry hallway with lots of pegs to hang the coats and ski pants up to dry for the next day and kept them out of the way. We had a grocery service stock the fridge and ate most meals in. It was about a 10 minute walk to the ski lift which was a little hard for the kids to make with their skis. We ended up renting some space ($5 a day) for the skis at the Quicksilver chair lift which made the walk more manageable for the kids. The condo is on the 3rd floor and with the thin air, you have to very slowly carry up the luggage on the first day. Drink lots of water and the elevation is easier to adjust to. I'd recommend this place to anyone as a very comfortable and relaxing place to visit! one more thing: In the winter, I recommend snow boots for everyone, we could have done more walking and exploring but we got 18 inches of snow one day and didn't bring our boots. ( I thought they took too much space). However, the snow was very lovely to watch while sitting in front of the fire and reading!

This condo was perfect for our 2010 holiday family vacation. Beautiful furnishings and a great layout provided lasting family memories. Good skiing, family time together doing puzzles, games, TV and kicking back with a home cooked meal in an everything you need kitchen. The sleep accomodations were private enough for everyone to have a thoroughly restful night. A short walk from the condo, we also enjoyed dining and shopping in the town of Breckenridge. Without a doubt, these accomodations greatly enhanced our experience at Breckenridge.
