We knew that the apartment was in a great location beforehand, but we didn't realize how close to everything it was. We walked literally everywhere, and the apartment could not have been better situated. It is close to great restaurants, great scenic areas, and of course, great tourist attractions. What we were really surprised about, and were not expecting, was that the bathroom was just completely renovated and is modern and absolutely beautiful. The listing description was completely accurate, and the photos reflected the rental's appearance and amenities. The apartment was superbly maintained and clean, and Giulia was extremely nice and accommodating. She answered my emails and text messages promptly and with superb english accuracy. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative if they were staying in Rome. The apartment is a perfect size for two people. In the summer, make sure the air conditioner is turned on, as the weather in Rome can be very moist, humid, and hot. Opening the window before dinner time also helps immensely — there are no bugs to worry about when the windows are open. Overall, the apartment was superb and could not have been in a better location, and the price was excellent as well.

My husband and I stayed for 8 nights in April 2012 and had a wonderful time. Campo Di Fiore is just down the street and Piazza Navona is a short walk away. We found the location perfect, and walked to all the major Rome sites (the Vatican, Coliseum, the Forum, and many more!) The description and pictures are exactly as it is, and Guilia is very helpful and accommodating. Not only did she provide help tips on arriving and local services, but also provided dining suggestions. The apartment was the perfect size for the two of us, and we would recommend it to all. Thank you, Guilia, for helping make our anniversary trip one to remember!

My wife and I stayed 5 nights in the wonderful apartment. It was a pleasure meeting Guilia and she was at the apartment when we arrived from the airport. She promptly answered all questions and was very helpful. The A/C worked very well, and the apartment was comfortable and served all our needs. The location was fantastic and we were able to comfortably walk to all sites around Rome. A real treat was having the daily market at Campo Dei Fiori located just down the street and we started our mornings there each day with delicious fresh foods, pastries and espresso. We greatly enjoyed staying in a charming apartment verses a bland hotel. Highly recommend, would stay there again in an instant!

My husband and I stayed here in April, 2011, and absolutely loved it! First of all, this is a prime location, just a 100 meters or so from Campo dei Fiori, one of my favorite locations in Rome. Also a short walk to Piazza Navona, The Pantheon, and central to all the other main sites. There are tons of restaurants nearby, a local market, and fun nightlife very close! The street of the apartment, however, is nice & quiet. The apartment is very charming and nicely decorated. It has a nice little mini-kitchen with all appliances (including coffee and a coffee maker!) if we wanted to cook. The bathroom is well-equipped with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, eye cream, makeup remover, anything we'd need! The bed is comfortable and other nice perks include wireless internet access, local travel books, TV and closet. Giulia was so nice and welcoming, I would absolutely stay here again!

I recently stayed two nights in this lovely apartment, it was perfect for our needs! The location was wonderful, just a block away from Campo dei Fiori, on a quiet street with a few shops, and central to everything! Giulia was very accommodating, including such amenaties as bath supplies/facewash/coffee/travel books/wireless internet, etc. There is a comfy double bed, small kitchen with 2-seat table, bathroom with tub, and a window looking down at the street below. There is a small elevator. The apartment itself is very charming, clean, and has nice tall ceilings. I'd recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Rome!

We were very fortunate to spend Christmas Week (eight nights) in Rome at Guilia's lovely studio apartment. Let me say first, she is delightful and such a joy to meet. You just love her instantly! She was so helpful! She clearly tries to anticipate all your needs! The apartment is just like the pictures show! The apartment is a studio, but it is so spacious and perfect for two people. I cannot say enough about the location - you are right in the heart of a very lovely area of Rome! You really are in walking distance to all the major tourist spots - Campo Di Fiori, Piazza Navonna, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and the Vatican. Campo Di Fiori has a large open-air market with fresh fruits and vegetables and a large flower market. It's about a half a block outside the apartment. Right outside your door is a wonderful pizza take-out place. There are several wonderful little restaurants right down the street with outdoor seating and very reasonably priced. It was cold, so the outdoor seating was heated. And, in spite of all this, our apartment was so quiet at night! We never once heard any noise! It was so warm and cozy! Oh, and the bed in the apartment was so comfortable! And the bath is great! The shower is wonderful - plenty of hot water - the best we had in Rome!. This was our seventh trip to Rome. And the kitchen area is perfect! She has every possible kitchen gadget you could think of! The kitchen is so well - equipped - It's amazing! She has all the pots and pans and dishes you'll need. We had some really wonderful breakfasts there. Also, there is a beautiful LCD TV she gets wonderful reception on. She has some type of system (I don't remember what she called it) where she has about 100 American movies in English. And that was really nice! Guilia explained very thoroughly how to access them. Also, she explained the recycling system for the trash. She has a wonderful stereo and CD player. She has internet access. I highly recommend this apartment to all my family and friends. And we'll definitely stay there again when we come back to Rome! Honestly, this was the highlight of our trip! If you're considering this apartment, don't hesitate to reserve it! You can't go wrong here! Oh, and the gelato was wonderful in Rome! And they were selling crepes everywhere and they were great! And try the spagetti with pesto sauce! Delicioso! Wonderful Roma! We really hated to leave! We're ready to go back!!!!!

This apartment is in the ideal location to explore Rome. It is very comfortable and extremely quiet. Guilia, the owner, is more than nice. When our passports were stolen, she even offered to let us stay in her own apartment with her if we needed more time in Rome to replace them. Thank you, thank you. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to explore Rome without a car.

The pictures are accurate, the location is ideal. Just be sure not to plan on going to bed early on the weekend -- the great location means you're close to lots of night music and sounds come Friday night. My wife and I had a wonderful time. They even have working internet!

We agree with the earlier positive evaluations. The description is accurate, the pictures capture the place. The studio, although small, is sufficient for 2 people, nicely furnished, clean, quiet, and in a central location. A famous market is half a block away and a supermarket less than 200 meters; famous sights within walking distance, and Giulia is very helpful and friendly. We stayed for a week and enjoyed ourselves enormously. We recommend this property highly to those who want to explore the core of Rome.

My husband and I stayed in this apartment when in Rome in June 2008 and absolutley loved it. If we go back- we will stay again! Great location too! We walked and took the bus. The area was not too loud when we went to sleep. I also liked the kitchen. We went to the market in Campo di Fiori-a few yards from the apartment and ate cheaply. The food was amazing and made you feel like an Italian!Clean apartment and nice!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay in the apartment in May 2009 during our trip to Rome. Location is perfect, on a very quiet street, but just five minute walk from Piazza Navona, Campo de Fiori with many great restaurants and 15 minutes walk from Vatican. It is a few steps from bus stop, so all the great sites are easily reachable. Apartment is small, but very clean, nicely decorated and has everything (even Internet) for comfortable staying. We really appreciated Giulia's assistance and advices. We would definitely stay again and would also recommend our friends to do so.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was clean, quiet, safe, and centrally located in the city for convenient walking to explore the city and sites. There is a nearby market if you wish to cook or enjoy really good restaurants a stone throw away. I would definitely stay there again and I recommend it. The price was good.

My boyfriend and I spent 9 nights in this apartment in Dec 2011 and had the loveliest time. It's wonderfully located and merely seconds away from Campo Di Fiore. Within walking distance of all of the tourist locations and especially close to the Campo di Fiore market when we wanted to cook at home. The apartment itself is quiet and intimate since it faces away from the main busy street and yet close to all the restaurants, shops and the open air market. Giulia is lovely and accomodating and helped us in every way possible. We'll definitely book this place should we find ourselves in Roma again.

We stayed in the apartment in September 09, and it was a perfect base from which to explore Rome. There's a grocery store and a take-out restaurant nearby, and the market at Campo di Fiori is wonderful to shop at, only a two minute walk. The apartment is small but so well equipped, great bathroom, and all is very clean. We felt very safe in the building and enjoyed our stay greatly.

The apartment is very quiet, but, at the same time, is perfectly located (100 meters from Campo di Fiori and from bus stops in Via Vittorio Emanuele II).The apartement is very well decorated, with new furniture and with all the basic kitchen appliances you can need. It´s a second floor with lift.
