Eirinis St and the pedestrian-only Aiolou St, it is an ideal location for anyone wishing to become acquainted with the historic center. A minute’s walk from Monastiraki Square and the Metro Station, the building is conveniently close to transportation and the Ermou shopping district—at the next corner—with its variety of shops and cafes. A 10-minute walk gets you to Syntagma Square and Plaka, as well as the lively downtown districts of Gazi and Psiri currently undergoing gentrification, with their galleries, restaurants, bars, and other nearby sights. Additionally, the archaeological sites of Athens, the Acropolis, the Theseion, etc. are just a 20-minute walk away.

The apartment interior has been recently renovated by a well-known architect, who has achieved exceptional results, combining the style of an old Athens residence with modern materials and comforts. The entire apartment has oak floors, double-glazed windows throughout, is furnished with exquisite taste and contains everything that 2 people could require.

The main area includes a sunlit living room with a large corner sofa, a dining room seating 6 and an open-plan kitchen. The latter is fully equipped with all necessary kitchenware, china and cutlery, and contains a stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove with gas burners, as well as a coffee-maker, toaster, electric kettle, mixer, etc. There is also a small bathroom with a shower.

The hall leading to the bedroom, which contains a double bed, is separated from the master bathroom by opaque glass walls, creating a very impressive effect. Along the entire length of the hall are large closets, storage space, a washing machine and a dryer.

Each main room has its own A/C, keeping the entire apartment cool, overhead fans everywhere, natural gas heat, constant hot water, satellite television, telephone, Wi-Fi Internet, DVD player, alarm system, as well as sheets and towels. The apartment is cleaned and sheets and towels are changed once a week.

Visitors may also enjoy the cool lush approximately 100 m2 terrace on the 5th floor of the building (shared with 3 other apartments) and relax while enjoying the matchless view.
