This is a sunny and modern studio with a spectacular design, completely refurbished in 2008 with quality materials. It has 51m2 (549 sq.ft.), ideal for couples or groups up to 4 people.
It has one bedroom with a queen-size bed and in the living room there is a sofa-bed with a queen-size spring mattress, absolutely as comfortable as a standard double bed. The main area is composed of living room and an open kitchen with a dining table, creating a large open space. The studio also has a full bathroom, and it is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, 32” plasma TV, home cinema, and broadband internet. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, juicer, toaster and kettle.
The apartment is in a 3-story house built in the second half of the 19th century by Elies Rogent, Gaudi’s teacher in the university, and therefore the building is included in Barcelona’s heritage catalogue. It has been completely restored and refurbished in 2008 with excellent design and quality materials. It is located in Carrer Bonavista, next to Passeig de Gracia.
The building is equipped with an elevator, and there is a large gardened flat roof where our guests relax after a long day visiting the city. We also offer a parking place in the same building and luggage locker. The building is adapted for wheelchairs. There are a total of 10 apartments available in the building.
The location is hard to beat: in the safest area of the center, extremely well communicated, with top rated shops and restaurants around you and in the border or a neighborhood with character. The building is at the beginning of a quiet street in the upper side of elegant Paseo de Gracia. In 2 minutes you walk to two metro lines, buses and the two tourist bus routes. In 5 min, Gaudi’s La Pedrera, numerous luxury shops, and a bus taking you to the beach. You also can walk to many of the best restaurants in the city, some of them with Michelin stars. The street is at the border of Gracia’s neighborhood, which has maintained the flavor of the small town it used to be. If you wander around Gracia, you will find all kinds of exotic restaurants, stores with a lot of character, art galleries. Every once in a while you will come across a small square with terraces under the trees that will make you enjoy the wonderful weather of Barcelona.

Our whole family loved Bonavista and Barcelona!! Bonavista apartments were just as advertised on VRBO. A lovely building tucked away on a side street, but right off of P. Gracia, so excellent location. The apartment was super clean, and modernly decorated with clean, sleek colors and furniture. It had all the amenities as advertised. There was a wine bodega just a few stores from the building, as well as a small grocery store, and a breakfast place across the street. A lovely terrace that faced the back of the building, so it was very quiet. There was also an inviting rooftop terrace. The location was superb -- just a 5 minute walk to the Diagonal metro stop, as well as Guadi's La Pedrara building, and many other sites. My husband and 2 children were so pleased with my choice! Pablo was super nice and inviting when we met! We left a bag of gifts from the lovely Tea shop across the street, and Pablo was kind enough to mail it to us! Grazie, Pablo! We hope to return and see more of lovely Barcelona!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.
