It is lovingly maintained because the owner's family uses the home. Owner's apartment on property.
Extra persons (over eight guests) are welcome but must bring sleeping bags or air mattresses. The screened porch or large living room may be used for sleeping space.

We landscaped with lush tropical and native plants to encourage birds to visit.
We planted fruit trees and herbs so that we could enjoy as much fresh local food as possible. Our guests are welcome to enjoy any ripe produce.
