We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was very clean when we arrived and had plenty of room. The back yard offers plenty to do when your not fishing of getting lobster. Everything was in working order and we booked it again for next mini season. A few items we given to the property manager as suggested improvements and she assured us that they would be taken care of. Needs a fish cleaning station with water and a new BBQ which I am hopeful has already been completed. I would recommend this as a great vacation spot in the keys!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children.

My wife and stayed for a week. Marathon does an excellent job with their fireworks display from 7mile bridge. We have rented several houses before. As for this house the view of the Gulf of Mexico is the best and cannot be beat. The appliances in the house are first rate and the bed is very comfortable. The location is very private. My reason for the average rating is for the following. The property has about 6 iguana running around and they have no problem climbing up on the pool especially the big one. They are neat to see but not sure you want to get to close. The pool is actually a 2ft kiddie pool not for real swimming. We were expecting a real pool. The tidal basin appears to be a mosquito haven, so make sure you have a lot of repellent on as the sun go down. Also if you plan to play in the yard make sure you have repellent on. My wife and I have several bites on our legs that don't appear like mosquito bites.The front door handle fell off causing us to get locked out but the repair man came very quickly to fix.Did you find this review helpful? We had the pleasure of holding our wedding ceremony and reception on the property in April '10. The owner accommodated all our needs and the week could not have gone better. The property is something you have to see to believe. It offers the perfect spot for relaxation and fun. The house is filled with top of the line amenities providing luxury accommodations. To top it off the sound system on the property will blow you away. You can not go wrong with planning a quite week, fun family get away, or a special event at this location. BOOK IT NOW!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

I've been bringing my family to the keys for many years, and this was the best place we have ever stayed. It is truely a piece of heaven on earth. never wanted to leave,just sit and admire the beauty. to wake up in the master bedroom and look out the many windows, was breath taken.Did you find this review helpful?
