Beautiful 2 bedroom condo across the street from the Gulf of Mexico on Estero Boulevard's south end of Fort Myers Beach. You can be on the beach in mere minutes, as the condo has deeded beach access across the street.
The unit has a large screened in lanai, so you can enjoy the tropical breezes without the bugs. The unit has been updated in past year and almost everything is new inside. This unit is located off the street so it is quiet, and it has a beautiful view overlooking pool/fruit trees/hibiscus bushes. There is free wireless internet access also, making it convenient to keep in contact with family/friends/work.
A large heated pool resides on the property, and there is also a clubhouse with a kitchen/grill area. The property is maintained beautifully, with tropical foliage throughout. There is covered parking for one car, and an elevator.
There is fine dining close by, shopping, a movie theater, and many outdoor activities to take part in.
The 2009 Sand Festival takes place across the street from our unit from November 3-8. It is a fantastic event with sand sculptures that will amaze all ages. Artists come from around the world to design. Our unit during this exciting exhibit is still only $500/week (excluding tax, cleaning, admin fee) which is much lower than most hotels that are close to the event. We highly recommend visiting during this time.

We have been coming to the same location since our honeymoon. We purchased our unit in October 2007. We love the location of the condo as it is close to everything and makes for a relaxing vacation.

We are John & Melissa, we have been married ten years. We have 2 children, and they love going to the beach and swimming in the large pool. We have done a lot of updating since we bought and are very happy with the tropical decor. It is a great escape from our hectic lives in Chicago.
