We loved the layout of the condo. Master bedroom with private bath and other bedroom with bath in hall. Also, futon opened up for additional sleeping. Made it private for each of us. Everything we needed was in condo. We ate our breakfast on the lanai and enjoyed the beautiful view of the pool with all the tropical plants in bloom. Nice having path to the Gulf and right across the street from Condo. Grocery stores, restaurants, drug store, all close by. Enjoyed eating out overlooking the beach at the Fort Meyers Beach pier area. We visited Sanibel Island twice while we were there (20 minutes away). Also, used decks of cards that are available along with other games. Elevator a real plus and the covered parking helpful. We will try and make this an annual trip. We were very satisfied with Restaurants that were close by. Enjoyed our stay at Fairview Isles.

we had a wonderful time ,the condo was clean and spasous,everything you would need,the view of the fantastic warm pool. the beach and restarants stores are in walking distance. happy hour at the Holiday inn was a bonus .Breanda the manager was a grate help. the people that live thier are very friendly we will be back next year. Thanks so much for the owners of this wonderful condo. This was the second time we stayed at Fairview Isles but I have to say that we liked this unit even better than the last we stayed in. Hardwood floors throughout the whole apartment made it so much easier to keep the place clean. We also loved the colors and decoration, also the relatively new appliances. Just a hop to the beach, I would always come back. The owners are very nice to deal with- highly recommended! Thanks!

My family loved this condo. It was very clean , well maintained and right across the street from the beach. Everyone was so friendly at the pool area and made us feel very welcome. The owners are great to deal with and were so willing to answer any questions about the area. The listing is very accurate and we would definitely rent this condo again.

We had a wonderful time in your condo in Fort Myers. The access to the beach is very good - the pool area is very nice – the apartment was clean and the kitchen great. All in all it was a great vacation for 2 weeks - we will for sure stay there again. Greetings from Iceland

The listing fully and accurately describes the condo and its location. The property was clean and well maintained. The owner was very cooperative and helpful in answering my questions. I highly recommend this property. I would recommend visiting Naples Zoo. It's 25 min. away and has nice attractions.

We have been going to Fort Myers Beach for 4 years. This was a GREAT condo, perfect location on the quieter end of the beach but within walking distance of good resturants, shopping, beach, and everything else. Melissa and Nan (the manager) were very nice and accomadating. It felt just like home. We will back next year.

What a wonderful place to stay! We felt completely at home here. Everything we could have wanted in a place in Fort Myers. The condo was very clean and spacious, full of ammenities, and the pool was fantastic. Our 3 year old daughter never wanted to leave it. We will certainly be staying here again in the future...

We stayed at the condo in July of 2009. The unit was immaculate, and everything you could possibly want or need was included with the furnishings. The unit is also nicely located...away from the Blvd and with a view of the pool! We loved the unit's Lanai - perfect for breakfast! The swimming pool was never crowded and right next tot he pool there is an enclosed area for making meals or drinks (even to BBQ)...definitely a plus. The walk to the beach is extremely short; right across the street. The beach itself was gorgeous; white sand for miles, clean water, not very crowded. We did visit the boardwalk for a couple nights which is only a short drive away. At the boardwalk are numerous restaurants, shops, bars, and of course the sunset pier. Overall I highly recommend this property for a relaxing and fun vacation! We will be back next year!

We certainly were pleased with the overall condition of the condo and the immaculate landscaped property. The oversize pool was spectular and so warm and clean. The condo was suitably furnished, with everything you could need. Ample towels and kitchen linens, lots of dishes. The master bedroom plenty big and lots of space in bath area and closets. I didn't have any way to measure it, but we felt the bed in the master bdrm was smaller than Queensize. However, the beds were all very clean and comfortable. The second bedroom was not overly large, just enough room for two twinbeds and a dresser. We so enjoyed being so close to the beach while still having the quiet of being across the street. You can walk miles on the beach and it is definitely one of the nicest beaches I have visited. The complex is close to ammenities (medical walk in clinic 2 doors down, restaurants, bars, CVS closeby, and to two beach bars, one at the Holiday Inn (5 min walk) and the other, The Outrigger" (about the same distance the opposite direction). Both are suitable for gorgeous sunset picture taking. I can't speak enough about the friendliness of the residents at the complex as well as the office staff who were very helpful. The owner was very helpful when we were negotiating the rental of this unit. Thanks Melissa. We will be back.

My stay in your condo while visiting Florida was delightful. I would highly recommend your unit as a great place to stay. It was very well maintained and very clean. The condo staff were available to insure our every need. Thanks for a wonderful vacation at Ft. Myers Beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The convenient location made it easy to park the car and forget about it until we left. The accomodations were very clean and we felt comfortable right away. Plenty of space for everything we brought, and having all the linens, towels, cooking equipment and tools made life so easy. Can't wait to go back!

This Condo is a great place for a get-a-way! Nice location near the beach. The Unit is very well kept, extremely clean and very accommodating. It has beautiful décor and was very inviting. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo! Great for families. I have rented this unit a few times and we really enjoy having a larger pool and not being in a high rise. I would definately recommend to family and friends!

I had a wonderful time in October. The condo was very well equipped, anything you needed to feel right at home. All new wood flooring, 3 TV's, a beautiful view of the pool from the screened balcony. Went to the South Beach restruant, grreat meal. I would defenitly recommend. The most beautiful beach across the street.

Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing.
