This one bedroom, two bath condominium unit is beautifully decorated and has all the conveniences to make your stay truly comfortable You’ll easily sleep six people with an enormous king size bed in the master, a bunk bed in the hall, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The dining room table seats four and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar that seats two. The well-equipped kitchen is sure to inspire fine culinary creations.

  • We truly enjoyed our stay in this unit at Pelican Beach Resort. We had a spectacular view all the way around. Great location. The unit itself was very comfortable and had everthing we needed. We really enjoyed having the two bathrooms. Having a nice place to stay made our trip unforgettable. The staff was polite and helpful; the check in and out procedure was fast. We would recommend this unit to anyone and we would definitely stay there again.

  • Very comfortable unit (1010) with great view! This time of year we watched the sun rise and set from the Gulf View balcony. Well priced and enjoyed the available beach lawn chair and umbrella. Sure saved not having to rent them. Owner was very accomodating.

  • Pelican Resort, Unit 1010 - Can't get much better than this! GREAT view from balcony & just steps away from the white sands and Gulf waves. Unit 1010 is perfectly set-up for a great stay. Clean and well equipped. Separate bedroom, full kitchen with all amenities of home. Resort pool area very nice (w/ indoor & outdoor pools). Destin great place to visit - plenty of things to do and great places to eat. We plan to visit and rent this unit again. We stayed 1 week in Sept. 2009. Highly recommend.

  • Condo reservation was very easy and friendly. The condo was spacious and the location and ocean view was super “It can’t get better than this”. From clean towels and bed sheets to new kitchen equipment, to a good price and to an excellent vacation for kids from being 30 feet away from White Silver Sand and beautiful clear sea water. I am looking to rent the same condo next year!
