I am so happy I decided to stay at the Pelican Beach Resort, especially in Suite 1010. The view, just as they described, is GORGEOUS! The condo was wonderfully furnished with all amenities you could need. The resort is also in the perfect location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and night life. I am already looking in my schedule for the next time I can rent this room again!

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Lovely condo in an eligant complex. The Oceantfront view from the unitis is fabulous. The location is convenient and close to shopping center and restaurants.The unit is spacious , clean and very will maintained. it has an easy access to the beautiful beach and pool . I will recommend it to my friends. We will be back again.

Recommended for:Families with young children, romantic getaway.

Thank you for the use of your condo. The rental company that you use was very personable and the free use of DVD's was totally unexpected. The beach was clean and the condo very nice - just as represented in the photos. There were three of us using the condo - and there was plenty of room. We agree that the trash chute noise was apparent on a couple of the evenings and one of the mornings. However, we would definitely rent unit 1010 again when vacationing in Destin...the view was fabulous and not so high up that you miss out on the view below. No issues with the rental...great experience.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We enjoyed our stay at Destin. The condo is very comfortable with a view of the gulf that is beautiful. The condo is very quite and relaxing. Morning coffee sitting on the balcony looking out to the beautiful beach and ocean was one of my favorite times! The location is very good, close to everything. I would highly recommend renting from this owner

A relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Destin! The home was wonderful! Great location and everything you need to enjoy a vacation in Destin. It is a great property, and I would recommend it to anyone. This was my first time to Destin, and it will not be the last.

This condo was exceptionally gorgeous! The photos are advertised precisely. The view from the 10th story is unbelievably breathtaking. It was wonderful leaving the patio door open and hearing the roar of the ocean as we sat at the dinner table. There is plenty of space for a small family and/or a small group of friends. The only complaint I have is the noise level from the rubbish container that is located directly outside of the window of the only bedroom (this is only supposed to be used between 10pm and 7am but some people do not follow rules) We will definitely be visiting this same condo soon!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this unit at Pelican Beach Resort. We had a spectacular view all the way around. Great location. The unit itself was very comfortable and had everthing we needed. We really enjoyed having the two bathrooms. Having a nice place to stay made our trip unforgettable. The staff was polite and helpful; the check in and out procedure was fast. We would recommend this unit to anyone and we would definitely stay there again.

Very comfortable unit (1010) with great view! This time of year we watched the sun rise and set from the Gulf View balcony. Well priced and enjoyed the available beach lawn chair and umbrella. Sure saved not having to rent them. Owner was very accomodating.

Pelican Resort, Unit 1010 - Can't get much better than this! GREAT view from balcony & just steps away from the white sands and Gulf waves. Unit 1010 is perfectly set-up for a great stay. Clean and well equipped. Separate bedroom, full kitchen with all amenities of home. Resort pool area very nice (w/ indoor & outdoor pools). Destin great place to visit - plenty of things to do and great places to eat. We plan to visit and rent this unit again. We stayed 1 week in Sept. 2009. Highly recommend.

Condo reservation was very easy and friendly. The condo was spacious and the location and ocean view was super “It can’t get better than this”. From clean towels and bed sheets to new kitchen equipment, to a good price and to an excellent vacation for kids from being 30 feet away from White Silver Sand and beautiful clear sea water. I am looking to rent the same condo next year!
