Boat slips are available for rent in our private marina during your stay at our home. Also available is the spectacular clubhouse which will accommodate up to 100 people for weddings, family gatherings, corporate events, etc. The clubhouse is complete with kitchen and catering facilities.

We are within 10 minutes of three of the most spectacular beaches on Florida's Gulf Coast..., Siesta Key beach to the north, Nokomis Beach and Venice beaches to the south. Our community is situated directly on Dryman's Bay through which passes the intracoastal waterway. Our private solar heated pool is awash with privacy. The view from the community pool looks across the private marina to the west toward Casey Key. By boat, within 20 minutes (4 miles) you will be in the Gulf of Mexico. Or, within 10 minutes by boat, you can go to a remote part of Casey Key that permits people and friendly dogs to sun bathe, play in the water and enjoy life.

If you are a private pilot, you will find Venice Airport (VNC) just 15 minutes from our home. There are full services available, including tie down service during your stay at our home.

Our home is one story with the rear covered, tiled and screened lanai and private, solar heated swimming pool. Southbay Yacht & Racquet Club overlooks Dryman's Bay and famed Casey Key, with celebrity residents Martina Navratilova, Stephen King and assorted others. Within the community is a spectacular, private 187 slip deep water marina and multi-million dollar club house. The club house, fitness facility, pool and tennis are available for your use.

Our 2,750 square foot home has a large master suite with king bed, Jacuzzi for two, separate shower, dual vanity sinks; large living room; chef's kitchen, dining and family room with fire place and wet bar. There are two guest bedrooms (each with a queen bed) and one full guest bath with Jacuzzi.

The property is professionally landscaped with mature palm trees and indigenous plants of numerous varieties. The covered and screened lanai overlooking the private solar heated pool is a fabulous retreat for morning, afternoon and evening pleasures. You can take a beautiful walk two blocks to "The Point", which is within the community and is a peninsula on Dryman's Bay and the intracoastal waterway overlooking Casey Key... a perfect spot to enjoy our spectacular Florida sunsets. It is also a two block walk to the community tennis courts, club house and marina.

Reservation Deposit of 50% is due at time of booking.
Reservation Balance and $500 security deposit are due 90 days prior to occupancy.
Local occupancy tax of 11% and $100 cleaning fee are additional.
