                        El apartamento es un estudio no muy grande, pero con todas las comodidades para pasar unos días de turismo en la ciudad de Munich. Bien comunicado tanto al centro de Munich como a la Estación Central. Ideal para parejas.

                        Studio calme, propre confortable avec une décoration soignée. Les propriétaires sont attentionnés. La proximité immédiate des transports (bus et métro) permet d'aller au centre de Munich rapidement. Commerces proches, parking facile( en face du sudio) et gratuit. Tous ces éléments font que nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Munich. A recommander vivement;. Vielen Danke.

                      The prices are for 2 people per night. The 3rd and 4 Each person costs € 15 / or / 20 € for measuring extra. For Oktoberfest and construction costs, the third or 4 person 30 € cot costs € 15 extra (all year). The final cleaning is 30 €.                       The cancellation up to 1 month prior to arrival is free of charge. Cancellation up to 10 days before arrival 60% of the invoice amount will be required. If you cancel your stay within less than 10 days before the planned arrival of the guest the full amount requested. Payment: bank transfer preferred 1 month before arrival - paypal possible in exceptional cases even cash on arrival. Reservations for Oktoberfest must be paid 4 months prior to arrival. For bookings from June for the Oktoberfest the entire invoice amount is due within a week.
