If valet parking, concierge service and 800 thread count bedsheets are what you are looking for-this property is NOT the place for you. If what you ARE looking for are incredible ocean views, the whitest sand beaches, two fabulous decks--FREE use of beach umbrella, beach chairs and water toys, as well as every electrical appliance you could need (except a blow dryer), then you have found your home away from home. My hubby, two 16 year old boys and our doggie Cocoa puff could not have enjoyed ourselves more. One of the MANY things we really liked about this property are that numerous of the 14 town homes in this property are lived in year round. We all know that the locals know "the best eats" around--and Susan--a few doors down--suggested not one, but FOUR fabulous restaurants and each one was AWESOME! Two other families from our town came to the area the same week we did. Both families were envious of our property. One paid more per week and one paid less, but both families could not believe we got 150 degree ocean views for this price. Don't take my word for it-check it our yourself-you will not be disappointed! The beach is literally 50 soft, sandy steps from your deck--it's so nice to be able to run back for lunch or bathroom breaks. We loved it here! ENJOY!
Owner response:So happy this family enjoyed their vacation so much. The "30A" area was new to them and I just knew they would love it as much as we do. Afterall, who wouldn't?! Do hope they will be back again and again. By the way, we will add a blow dryer when there in May! Good suggestion, thanks,

We are VERY hesitant to write this review! We are afraid that we may never get back in if the whole world finds out about "A Little Piece of Heaven" because that's EXACTLY what it is to us. The view is fantastic, the townhome is immaculate and well appointed. The neighbors are angels and the owners are so kind and thoughtful they feel like family. You are near enough to all the 30A action and food but also far enough away to feel like you can leave the carnival and return to your beach world. We have been coming here for about 5 years and EVERY experience has been excellent! We highly encourage you to try it but not too often o.k? Mike, Susan and Louis
Owner response:Mike, Susan and Louis have been frequent guests at our beach house. They've always told us how much they enjoy being there and we're grateful that they've now put their opinion in writing in this beautiful review. Like them, many of our renters are repeat guests because we do deliver what we promise.

We just got back from our 3-night stay at A Little Piece of Heaven. We absolutely loved it! The location was perfect. The condo was clean with comfy furniture. Best price in town, too. Carol and Susan were so hospitable and friendly. We really enjoyed getting to meet them. Owner Peggy was amazing and answered all questions immediately. Very easy transaction. Would definitely love to stay here again!
Owner response:Once again, we are so pleased that our guests enjoyed our beach house. Nice to know they found the brand new sofa and chair quite comfy. As always our neighbors who welcome our guests were warm and friendly, just a nice addition to the beauty of the area.

This place is made for comfort and relaxation! Even with two wild grandkids, every room reminded you that it was built for relaxing. Even a sign on the wall ordering you to do just that! Everything you need is at your fingertips! The view is just gorgeous and you truly can hear the ocean from your living room and bedroom! It is close to Panama City, so if you decide you want to do something besides relax or boogie board, there it is! It's a short walk to the beach and your parking is covered. Watch the dolphins in the morning and hunt for ghost crabs by night. We loved every minute. And don't forget to visit with the landlords, Carol and Susan. You know as soon as you meet them that they want you to have the best time possible! Just can't say enough good things! Hope this helps everyone, and maybe we'll even see you there next year!!!!
Owner response:What a delightful review from this guest, who also sent a personal note telling us how much her family enjoyed their vacation. So happy to know the family followed the beach house rules - Relax, Relax, Relax. Our neighbors, Susan and Carol, always give our guests a warm welcome. And Nature dazzles with the beauty of the Gulf, beach, sunsets, dolphins - it just goes on and on. We'll be so pleased to have this family return!

My husband and I recently went to Seagrove and spend the spring break week there with our daughter and 4 of her friends! All of them teenagers - even they loved the house. In the evenings they would take a car and go to Seaside because it's just a touch too far to go by bicycle; during the day we mostly stayed "home". The ocean just a 1 minute stroll away. We loved sitting on terrace in the morning and enjoy the view. Looking at a previous and very negative review, I do not understand; they must have gone to a different place! This place is absolutely clean, no smell whatsoever, besides I found ample cleaning supplies in a closet, brooms, vacuums etc. We came with a dog so I was able to quickly vacuum the living room every evening. Yes, there is a building off to one side with renters who have a pool, kids were playing and laughing. For the majority of the time they were the only ones making some "noise". The weeks prior to our stay I had many email communications with the owner and I found her to be extremely kind and going out of her way to help. So were the neighbors who take care of the house, keys and cleaning etc. Very friendly and social. Definitely a place we'd like to come back to and relax. Keep it up!
Owner response:Another happy guest! And five happy teenagers as well. Just goes to show Seagrove Beach has something for everyone and we offer a lovely beach house where they can feel at "home" during their stay.

This townhouse is perfect for a family just wanting to get away from the hussle and bussle of everyday life. If you are looking for heaven this is it! The neighbors are helpful yet not intrusive. The beach is right at your doorstep. The interior of the townhouse is perfect. You will not hear me say a bad thing about this place. In fact we plan on coming back next year.
Owner response:This is just the kind of thing we love to hear from our renters. We do our best to provide a comfortable and home like setting for their vacation, and nature does the rest with a beautiful beach and sparkling Gulf. Relaxation lives in Seagrove Beach!

I have been a return guest to this town home for years. My husband and I, and our 2 children anxiously await our annual beach vacation to this beautiful location. We have always found the owners to be friendly, and professional. The town home is clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The views from the deck are wonderful, and we love to hear the waves crashing as we fall asleep at night. This is a place where you can be a complete beach bum, or you can just as easily take advantage of nearby restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and nightlife. We love it here and we'll keep coming back!
Owner response:We are always so pleased to have guests return again and again. It tells us we are providing just what they need for a wonderful, relaxing vacation.

My family has been going to this beachfront townhome since 1999, in fact, we had our honeymoon here and now we take our four children every year. They love it! The location to the beach could not be any better. And it is not crowded like most beaches. The view from the deck is awesome. In the morning, you can sit on the deck and be drinking your coffee and see the dolphins swimming. And at night listen to the waves crashing while having a different kind of drink :) The house has always been clean and the neighbors have always been friendly. We look forward to coming back every year! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

My husband and I had a fantastic time at Sea Grove Beach. The accommodations were lovely, clean and extremely comfortable. Watching the dolphins swim in the gulf while we sat on the deck with our morning coffee was a bonus..and this occurred more than one morning of our stay. I will definitely tell our friends and family about the beautiful, pristine beach. The sand was like walking on white flour, so soft on your feet. I only wish I could return this fall instead of having to wait until next summer !! Our thanks to the owners for making their townhome available.

My wife and I planned a trip for our anniversary, and the website made the condo look nice and close to the beach. It was neither. As soon as we walked in, the odor from cleaning and/or smoke was overpowering, and the carpets were still damp. In addition, the location is farther from the beach than the photos suggest, and the condo itself butts up against a neighboring property with a busy pool. In other words, you have limited views of the ocean, but you get all the noise of a condo pool to which you have no access. Because of these problems, the neighbors that checked us in immediately returned the money we gave them for the duration of our stay. But, the owner has refused to return our damage deposit (which had been sent via check previously) -- even though we did not even stay in the condo (much less damage it). A bit more candor on the front end would have been appreciated.
Owner response:It is false to state that our beach house is not close to the beach. Our "front lawn" is sand and sea oats and a walk of about one hundred yards from our deck steps would have you standing in the Gulf of Mexico. We have a terrific view of the beach and Gulf and our guests are always welcomed into a clean and pleasant beach home. Many of our guests are repeat visitors who really enjoy their stays here.

The website won us over and the reality was exactly as shown and better. The kitchen was fully equipped, living spaces comfortable, everything clean and neat. The views and sounds were wonderful. The nearby bike rentals and miles of bike paths were appreciated. Directions were easy to follow, the neighbors friendly and helpful and working with the owner was pleasant and straightforward. We plan a return trip.
