Guest room and children's room share a full bath. Ensure the privacy of your children or guests with a pocket door that transforms the back bedrooms and bath into a separate suite.
Floor plan is open and airy, including a den/computer area on the second floor. Terrific storage throughout home keeps everything out of the way. Decorative pieces and lighting are fantastic. Internet access is wireless throughout the house.

We chose to buy in Ole because of the year-round great weather and the abundance of activities available for the whole family. Ole was particularly attractive to us for its family-friendly nature, gorgeous landscaping, unique architecture and the many many features of the Town Center. In addition, we are convenient to Olde Naples with its high end shops ad restaurants and beautiful beaches, as well as the beaches of Marco Island.

We love our townhouse! Our location on the quad gives us access to a backyard pool and garden which is reserved for residents of the quad. Our quad is close to the Town Center with all its amenities and an easy walk or bike ride to the tennis courts and basketball courts.
