The premier Alder Home in River Run is less than 100 yards to the new Keystone gondola - the closest single family home to the slopes! The home is also adjacent to River Run Village restaurants, shops and festivities!
Designed for the discriminating traveler, this luxurious three bedroom single family home boasts old world elegance with alder wood finishes, slate and hardwood floors throughout, two living rooms with moss rock fireplace, gourmet chef's kitchen and magnificent mountain views. The open floor plan of the gourmet kitchen and great room offers ample space for entertaining.
The master bedroom with a king bed is adjacent to the living room with vaulted ceilings and features a Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. There are two bedrooms on the main floor adjacent to the study and second sitting area which also features a moss rock fireplace.
The outside patio features a private hot tub adjacent to an interior dry sauna while there is a barbecue grill and patio furniture on the main balcony overlooking Keystone Mountain and Red Hawk Village.
Bedding: King bed posture pedic mattress in the master bedroom located on the main level of the home, queen bed in the second bedroom and two sets of bunk beds in the third bedroom which are both located on the lower level of the home and a queen sleeper sofa in the den.
