Top of the line new kitchen, granite counters, soffit lighting. All new porcelain tile floors. Carpeted bedrooms, Dining room seats six plus 2 at the bar. Lanai includes a table, 4 chairs and a chaise. New vanities and tops in the bathrooms, as well as glass shower doors. All new linens, kitchen equipment and beach towels. Marco is a small town (12 miles square) with all the amenities of an upscale resort town. It is famous for its white sugar sand beaches and South Seas is on an exquisite part of the beach. There are always wonderful ocean breezes.

Walk the gorgeous sugar sand beach. Rent a bicycle and tour the island. OR just do nothing and dream the day away!
