PARADISE FOUND! This fifth floor condo is elegantly remodeled and professionally decorated. Walls have been opened up to enhance the ocean views. Top of the line new kitchen, granite counters, soffit lighting. All new porcelain tile floors. Carpeted bedrooms, Dining room seats six plus 2 at the bar. Lanai includes a table, 4 chairs and a chaise. New vanities and tops in the bathrooms, as well as glass shower doors. All new linens, kitchen equipment and beach towels. Marco is a small town (12 miles square) with all the amenities of an upscale resort town. It is famous for its white sugar sand beaches and South Seas is on an exquisite part of the beach. There are always wonderful ocean breezes.

Walk the gorgeous sugar sand beach. Rent a bicycle and tour the island. OR just do nothing and dream the day away! We stayed at this condo for a week in July. It was very nicely furnished and updated, If you like to cook, everything is there that you would need. Everythig worked properly. My husabnd still talks about the nice toaster. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching for Dolphins. We never saw one Dolphin until the last day. This Dolphin came in and was only about 5 foot from us as we stood in the water. He was beautiful! Anna is very accomadating and takes pride in the condo. She has plenty of linens, towels and beach towels avaiable. We took the chairs to the beach everyday. The pool is big and water very warm. Thats the kind of pool we like.. I really appreciate that security is right there and makes sure people follow the rules. Building 3 was very quiet. Many good restaurants around. We had a very relaxing time at this condo. Would not hesitate to rent it again. Would love to stay a month if we could just retire.

My husband and I just returned from a wonderful vacation on Marco Island. Upon arrival we were very pleased with the accommodations. Everything was clean, tastefully decorated and the kitchen had everything you could need. The beds and furniture were in great condition and very comfortable. The pool and grounds are well maintained We especially enjoyed our walks on the beach each day seeing a variety of sea life. There is a nice variety of restaurants on the island. The scenery and sunsets on Marco Island are incredible. The owners were easy to work with and responded timely. This is definitely a place we will vacation again and a condo we would stay in again.

We recently had our second vacation in this condo. This is by far one of the more meticulous units at the South Seas- very clean and well maintained and decorated. The beds are very comfy and the kitchen is perfectly appointed. We visit Marco every year because it offers so many things to do and is so convenient to Naples. My niece and nephew love it there because they have the pool AND the beach-what more could one want?? It is safe and quiet and very clean throughout the building. The owners could not be more responsive if any needs arise and the management company they employ is very quick to respond to any issues that need attention.. We would recommend this unit to everyone-it is immaculate and you can't beat the sunsets.....

My husband and I rented this condo and were amazed by the convenience and accommodations it provided. I found it through this website and thought the photos looked great, but little did we know that everything was even better in person. The kitchen is fabulous and has everything you will ever need and more. The bedrooms and sitting area are comfortable and perfect for relaxing. My absolute favorite thing about this place was the balcony area though. We spent a lot of our time, even some meals, out there because of the breath-taking view. We saw beautiful sunsets, and had a great view of the beach and pool. Tower 3 is close to everything including beach access, a work out facility, the laundry area and restaurants too. The owners were great to work with and check in/out were quick and easy. Fabulous!

The best condo we ever stayed in. First of all it was immaculate. The "white glove" treatment found no flaws! The furniture and beds were comfortable , well-made and beautiful as was the wall art and other decorations. It was all remodeled and had an open airy floor plan. The kitchen was top notch and for those staying for a month, this is important. Beautiful granite counter tops and every utensil and pot and pan available and in excellent condition. Then of course, there are the views from sunrise over the city to spectacular sunsets over the Gulf--every day every night. We would rent this unit again in a heartbeat and recommend it highly.

Our family just came back from a week's vacation here, which we all agree was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable trips we have ever had. The location of this property is superb with easy beach front access and beautiful views of the sunset in the evening from the balcony. The listing description is completely accurate and the photos accurately reflect the unit's appearance and amenities. In fact, to tell the truth, the pictures don't do it justice. The rental unit itself is immaculate, tastefully furnished, with all the amenities of home including top of the line appliances. The entire building and grounds, including the pool are very well maintained and as part of this gated complex, there is on-site security in the evening. For those interested, there is an on-site fitness room which had a variety of cardio machines as well as a weight station and some free weights. I cannot say enough about how positive it was dealing with the unit's owner. Having never before done a vacation rental like this on-line, I was a bit apprehensive about what to expect. But I have to say that the entire process of renting the unit to obtaining keys etc. upon arrival was friendly, well organized and completely hassle free. I also found that the rental rate for this unit was very fair in comparison to similar units that were in the same area. During our stay the owner was available by phone and email to address any issues or concerns we had. There are many excellent restaurants and activities nearby to enjoy. We especially enjoyed the air boat ride excursion in the Everglades, but the best part of the trip was just hanging out together as a family and relaxing by the pool or on the beach. Excellent shopping, including large outlet malls, are only a short drive away. I would highly recommend the Marco Island area as a vacation destination and would definitely recommend renting this unit without hesitation.

This was a 5-star condo experience for our family! Anna and Jack are wonderful owners and so helpful! The condo is beautifully furnished and appointed. We rented this unit plus another unit from a different owner and there was nocomparison between the two units. This unit was fabulous and couldn't have been nicer! Great view and a wonderful sunset each night. Our family will be back next year for another sun filled vacation in paradise!

This was our third stay at this property. It just keeps getting better. The owners have spend a lot of time and money upgrading and updating. The result is a very user friendly and beautiful condo. The location, right on the beach, provides a terrific view and easy access to one of the best beaches in Florida. Early morning and sunset walks are a must. If you dont' like walks on the beach the sunsets are spectacular from the balcony of the condo. Great places to eat on the island (don't miss Goodland) including waterfront and beachfront dining. Shopping is a delightful adventure. Boat tours offer great views of a unique ecosystem and generally include dolphin sightings. Sport fishing is also available. We truly believe you can't go wrong with a vacation adventure at this South Seas condo.

This is our fourth time at this location and you can't find a better place for the beach and the view. You get a gorgeous view of the sunset every evening! You have your choice of the pool or the beautiful beach. Perfect location for a perfect vacation.

This Condo seemed to be newly rennovated and in great shape. Our view on the 5th floor balcony wast of the Sunset every night. This condo is well positioned in the building. I noticed that some of the other condos don't have near the view we had. The owners of this condo were very pleasant to deal with in the book procedures and easy to get in touch with. My family would definitely stay here again!
