Why the Owner Chose Ocean Place
We have traveled a lot, and kept coming back to South Beach. The more time we vacationed here, the more we ended up in the south of fifth street area. It became clear to us, this area is the best in all of South Beach. It has the nicest condo's, the best restaurants, the proximity to the bay, the beachy feel we wanted, and the safety. The new park is absolutely amazing. Buying here was an easy decision for us.

In addition, the fact that our building is new, filled with amenities, secure, and easy parking, makes vacationing here effortless. Once you stay south of 5th, you won't stay anywhere else in Miami Beach. Walk everywhere or just grab a cab and go!
