Why the Owner Chose Warrior's Mark

When Jeff and I first saw Four Ponds we both knew this was the vacation home we had been looking for. Our children were 14, 11 and 4. We knew that the older kids would want to be able to get around without needing a ride everywhere. Four Ponds is perfect! You can walk along the road or by the river into town in 10 minutes. The town trolley stops just across the field and the circulating bus passes around the Broken Lance loop (our street). Just step out the door and you're surrounded by blue spruce trees, the Warrior's Mark greenbelt, the Blue River and the four ponds. It's magical! And it's like a protective cocoon around our home. There are many residences along Broken Lance, but here you truly feel secluded.

Jeff and I bought Four Ponds in 1990 while living in Denver with our three children. Six months later we were transferred to Melbourne, Australia! It then became our fond destination for the yearly "home leave." We returned to Denver in '94 and again enjoyed the easy access to our mountain home just a short drive away. In '03 we moved to Houston and our weekend skiing ritual came to a halt. Our center of gravity has shifted south. We sometimes celebrate a family Christmas here, and every summer we return without fail for kayaking, cycling, golf and general R&R! In 2008 we put Four Ponds on VRBO for the first time.     • we love staying at the condo it was so much fun and very conforable for sure.to us it was a first class place to stay and very beautiful also with mountains and snow every where.we took skiing lessons and my other half of the family went snow boarding.perfect location few minutes from everything like resurants and shopping and we even found a church for sunday service.we were very happy with everything at the condo,all i can say is try it and i know you will go back.

    • This is a lovely house and the owner is so extremely accommodating. Kitchen, living and bedroom areas were all well appointed and plenty of space for all and very clean! The house is located in a beautiful woodland setting and you feel that you have a lot of privacy when sitting outside. We enjoyed the birds and the wild ducks that flew in every morning to the small river down below. The house is in a great location and town is not far at all.Our family skied two days at Breck and the other two days at Vail. Our teenagers also had enough energy to go to Keystone at night and night tube/ski. That being said, this house in Breck is in THE perfect location to take advantage of all of the outdoor activities from surrounding resorts. While the outdoor views from this house are terrific, I would have to say the nicest thing about this house is the kitchen table!!! Our family and friends spent treasured time at the table playing cards and games. Fabulous gathering area!!! We hope to come back to Four Ponds.

    • We stayed there with some friends and had a blast. The location is perfect for both the town and the ski lifts although you might get a little cold walking back from the bars at 2AM. The condo itself was set up nicely and the kitchen was well equipped. Hoping to head back again soon!

    • We had a great experience in this condo. The location is close enough to the town and the mountain to walk to both, or there is a bus stop close by. The sleeping arrangements are nice and the living room and dining areas are good for gathering with all of your family and friends.

    • This condo is superb for all the reasons mentioned above. In addition I would like to add that the condo is perfect for families or groups of people who like to sleep separately as there are 6 separate beds which include 2 king size beds. The dining table is large and could probably sit about 10 people if necessary, great for family meals. The owners were super to deal with and quickly responded to any questions we had. we will definitely be back and have already recommended the condo to friends.

    • A truly enjoyable place to spend a few nights while in Summit County. The location is great for quick trips into Breck and easy access to everything else in Summit. The setting is very peaceful and private. The kitchen table was where we spent most of our time while in the home. It was very spacious and accommodating with many large windows making you feel like you were outdoors. Multiple sleeping options made everyone feel welcome. The best part was it was dog friendly. Many hotels and other dog friendly places we have stayed, our dog will spend relentless hours sniffing the place where other dogs have left their mark. Not the case here, the place was extremely clean and our dog was very relaxed and happy to have some adjacent fields to run in.

    • Everytime I get the itch to snowboard I stay at Four Ponds. The Condo is so cozy, big, it is perfect for my friends and I to have a great relaxing vacation. It is the perfect place to open a bottle of wine and relax with your company by the fire place. The slopes and town of Breckenridge are my favorite in all of Colorado. Breck has the best resteraunts, bars, and nightlife of any town in the Mountains. You will love this condo and you will love Breckenridge.

    • It was joyful to spend 4 nights in this beautiful condo in Warrior's Mark. The location is very convenient to south Breckenridge ... yet is hidden away among the snowy trees with a lovely stream - running even in winter. The condo is warm and inviting with a full kitchen to prepare wonderful winter meals. It's devine to curl up in the firepit to read or watch television. We'll be back!
