The time my parents and I spent at Four Ponds was wonderful. The location was ideal. The distance from downtown was just as described. The walking path along the river was beautiful, but at night it was still easy to follow the well lit main roads. It was also great to be far enough out of town to enjoy peace and quiet when we wanted to relax. Being right across the creek from a big open field was an unexpected bonus. It was a great place to hang out and play games. The house is cozy and yet fairly open. The vaulted ceilings and big windows really open up the efficient floor plan and take full advantage of the great views. I can easily see this place being comfortable for quite a few more than just the three of us. Having two bathrooms was nice too, even if the downstairs shower was a little cramped. I didn't prepare any meals, but I sure enjoyed eating them in the bay window seat in the dining room. The kitchen was very clean and modern. Marion was a very gracious hostess and I loved being there during the summer. I recommend it to anybody, but I would love to go back in the winter. What a great basecamp this must be for the slopes!

Our family spent spring break at Four Ponds and were very pleased. We loved the large picture window in the dining area that quickly became the "favorite" spot in the home. The accomodations were very nice, and we stayed toasty warm inside even though the weather outside was very cold most of the time we were there. We appreciate Marion and her husband allowing us to stay in their home. We hope to have the opportunity to return in the future. Thanks for everything!

Spring Break 2011 @ Four Ponds

Marion, We had a fabulous time. Skiing was great, weather was a little warm, but fresh snow a couple of days for the 5 skiers, snowboarders. WE had seven people (youngest being 13) stay very comfortably in the bedrooms. We enjoyed the condo very much. It was small in places (bathrooms, W/D, kitchen) but very comfortable otherwise. Plenty of hot water for all to take hot showers. We had several very nice dinners in, we love the dining table, bay window. WE congregated most evenings in the in the cozy living room, played games and cards with the fire going. The Warriors Mark neighborhood is very nice as we had several nice walks up the hill and around the block. The place is close enough to town to walk or a very short drive. We'd love to come back in the summer time, its a fantastic place to walk around and hike nearby. Overall, we had a great experience! Thank you for sharing your condo! Rick

Our family had a wonderful stay at Four Ponds. The home was warm, cozy and had everything necessary for a great ski weekend. Our children loved the bunk beds and sleds that were provided. I would highly recommend this home for a casual, relaxed and fun stay in Breckenridge.

Four Ponds was warm, inviting & immaculate when we arrived. The bay windows on the main floor made us feel like we were a part of the winter wonderland outside! All of the beds were very comfy. We have stayed at 3 other Breckenridge condos in the past 4 years & Four Ponds in our favorite one - hands down! WOW - What a great vacation!!! The location is perfect and the walks into town daily were fabulous! Your condo was cozy and had all the comforts of home. Our family loved gathering around the fireplace nightly and what a great view from the dining room. The town is very quaint filled with such unique shops. The skiing was awesome and so easily assessable. The family memories we made were priceless! We can’t wait to see Breck in the summer!! We would highly recommend this vacation rental to all.

We found the Four Ponds warm and cozy with the temps hovering aournd 0. Access to the lifts via the gondolas was very efficient. Parking at the gondola base was free for cars with 4 or more riders. The house was well equiped and we cooked all of our meals there. I hope to return here sometime.

I had the good fortune to stay at this property to celebrate the new year. In addition to being the perfect location, it was as welcoming a place as I could have hoped. It was everything I was told it would be and more. We slept 6 people extremely comfortably and our time spent inside was extremely pleasant. The dedicated sitting area around the fire place is an especially nice touch. I eagerly await my next visit to the area and hope to stay at this property again.

We felt right "at home" from the first minute. The setting is gorgeous, the interior is totally comfortable, and the house is beautifully maintained. Wonderful kitchen, fully equipped. Even though the house can sleep many more, there were just two of us, and it's the right amount of space for a couple, too. We did have dinner guests, and the big table was perfect. And the weather in early September was perfect -- do we have Marion to thank for that, too??

We stayed at Four Ponds over the Labor Day weekend with my wife’s sister and brother in law. The townhouse is within walking distance to the center of Breckenridge, making it a great location to do anything that you want to do in town or in the surrounding mountains. I also got out early in the morning and hit the Blue River (right outside the door) with my fly rod. We did several hikes in the area and had a great meal one night at Salt Creek restaurant in town. However, the townhome has everything you will need to stay in and create your own meal. We used the gas grill for two meals. The unit is spacious and very well kept. The owners have thought of everything that you will need for a great stay. We will definitely recommend the place and plan to come back and stay for more than just a weekend. You don’t need snow to enjoy this place. Come in the spring, summer or fall!!! Bob and Pat (Denver)

As a repeat visitor to Four Ponds (LOVE this rental), I was pleased to see the addition of a large picnic table with benches and brand new gas grill to enhance our outdoor pleasure during the summer stay. Overall, this property makes a great rental because it's so well furnished and supplied. The kitchen has everything you need to put a good meal on the table - which is large and a great center of activity for the house. Bedrooms are comfortable and well appointed with reading lights everywhere, and you can hear the sound of the river from every room, with the windows open. Living room is cozy, nice fireplace for a chilly night, and plenty of lounging space for a group to watch movies on the big screen TV. The place is clean and well maintained, and the location, just a short walk to town down the creekside trail, is terrific too. Four Ponds gets Five Stars from me.

What a lovely home!! We've had the pleasure to stay here 3 times in the last few years and it was better each time. The kitchen is well equipped, gocery stores are near and you can walk or drive into town (2 blocks). The views are really nice from every room - there's really no need to leave once you arrive...except to walk outside for more firewood. We will return.

Four Ponds was a delightful place to stay for the seven of us. The layout of the condo is perfect for cooking, eating as a group, and gathering around the fireplace for games and movie watching. The beds were very comfy with nice sheets and pillows. We enjoyed the view of a stream out of the big picture windows in the dining area - that made the condo feel like a cabin in the woods. It's also easy to walk to town. A great place!

Owner response:I also asked my guest about the electronics. Here is her reply: The electronics worked great - we were able to use computers and print out boarding passes for the kids who were flying home on Sun. and Mon. The TV was fine - we watched a football game and also some movies. Didn't use the iPod dock because we brought our own. We never noticed the lack of a land line as we all have cell phones, so no problem there. One thing we really liked was the combination for the door - we never had to worry about who had the key or hiding it somewhere, as people were coming and going all the time.

we love staying at the condo it was so much fun and very conforable for sure.to us it was a first class place to stay and very beautiful also with mountains and snow every where.we took skiing lessons and my other half of the family went snow boarding.perfect location few minutes from everything like resurants and shopping and we even found a church for sunday service.we were very happy with everything at the condo,all i can say is try it and i know you will go back.

This is a lovely house and the owner is so extremely accommodating. Kitchen, living and bedroom areas were all well appointed and plenty of space for all and very clean! The house is located in a beautiful woodland setting and you feel that you have a lot of privacy when sitting outside. We enjoyed the birds and the wild ducks that flew in every morning to the small river down below. The house is in a great location and town is not far at all.Our family skied two days at Breck and the other two days at Vail. Our teenagers also had enough energy to go to Keystone at night and night tube/ski. That being said, this house in Breck is in THE perfect location to take advantage of all of the outdoor activities from surrounding resorts. While the outdoor views from this house are terrific, I would have to say the nicest thing about this house is the kitchen table!!! Our family and friends spent treasured time at the table playing cards and games. Fabulous gathering area!!! We hope to come back to Four Ponds.

We stayed there with some friends and had a blast. The location is perfect for both the town and the ski lifts although you might get a little cold walking back from the bars at 2AM. The condo itself was set up nicely and the kitchen was well equipped. Hoping to head back again soon!

We had a great experience in this condo. The location is close enough to the town and the mountain to walk to both, or there is a bus stop close by. The sleeping arrangements are nice and the living room and dining areas are good for gathering with all of your family and friends.

This condo is superb for all the reasons mentioned above. In addition I would like to add that the condo is perfect for families or groups of people who like to sleep separately as there are 6 separate beds which include 2 king size beds. The dining table is large and could probably sit about 10 people if necessary, great for family meals. The owners were super to deal with and quickly responded to any questions we had. we will definitely be back and have already recommended the condo to friends.

A truly enjoyable place to spend a few nights while in Summit County. The location is great for quick trips into Breck and easy access to everything else in Summit. The setting is very peaceful and private. The kitchen table was where we spent most of our time while in the home. It was very spacious and accommodating with many large windows making you feel like you were outdoors. Multiple sleeping options made everyone feel welcome. The best part was it was dog friendly. Many hotels and other dog friendly places we have stayed, our dog will spend relentless hours sniffing the place where other dogs have left their mark. Not the case here, the place was extremely clean and our dog was very relaxed and happy to have some adjacent fields to run in.

Everytime I get the itch to snowboard I stay at Four Ponds. The Condo is so cozy, big, it is perfect for my friends and I to have a great relaxing vacation. It is the perfect place to open a bottle of wine and relax with your company by the fire place. The slopes and town of Breckenridge are my favorite in all of Colorado. Breck has the best resteraunts, bars, and nightlife of any town in the Mountains. You will love this condo and you will love Breckenridge.

It was joyful to spend 4 nights in this beautiful condo in Warrior's Mark. The location is very convenient to south Breckenridge ... yet is hidden away among the snowy trees with a lovely stream - running even in winter. The condo is warm and inviting with a full kitchen to prepare wonderful winter meals. It's devine to curl up in the firepit to read or watch television. We'll be back!

The cabin is set in a beautiful location. Access to the slopes and all the other amenities in town are easily accessable. The house is extremely clean and well kept. I have stayed in several other places in town, and this cabin has been by far my favorite.

Janet and I have stayed at Four Ponds with family and friends numerous times over the last ten years. We think of it as a second home with many fond memories. It is great for skiing, of course, but in summer it is the perfect place for mountain golf, hiking and kayaking. We especially enjoy the private setting and space for outdoor activities whilst being close to the town center. The sights and sounds of the Blue River outside the windows always put us into a relaxed vacation mode from the outset. The facilities are extremely adequate and well maintained but the best part of this property for us is its location. It's an oasis in an already desirable location!

I've stayed at Four Ponds 6 or 7 times and will keep going back. It's the perfect mountain getaway! Close to Denver and very close to Lake Dillon for wonderful summer activities and dining. The condo is more like a cluster-home - very private, on it's own little island surrounded by rushing streams and ponds in summer, evergreens year-round with an open field beyond the trees and great mountain hiking paths behind. Photos can't capture how pretty it really is. Somehow they designed this place to be so cozy and at the same time, open and airy. The expansive picture windows bring the outdoors in without sacrificing any of the warmth and coziness that the owners created with their interior decor. Extremely comfortable and very cool bunk-bed configuration in the two guest bedrooms. If you crack your window at night you will hear the rushing stream in summer - you'll sleep like a baby. During the snowy season, you're warm and cozy inside surrounded by a winter wonderland. Skiing in Breck is so picturesque and when you're done, take off your coat and walk around town in your T-shirts most of the time! While cooking and dining in the condo is very inviting; excellent restaurants, a leisurely walk away, provide a nice change of pace. I actually walk or bike everywhere - discover the secret woodland path along the stream that leads you right downtown. Excellent value for the money!! It's a hidden gem!

I have stayed at Four Ponds twice in the winter and am looking forward to my third visit this January! Four Ponds has so much to offer its guests. Besides a great location that includes amazing views, there are several cozy warm beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and all the amenities that will make your stay more than comfortable. You are only seconds from the bus to take you to the slopes, and minutes from all the great shopping, dining, and entertainment on Main St. I highly recommend Four Ponds to everyone.

I stayed at the Four Ponds when I was in Breckenridge for a 5-day work conference. What a peaceful escape this was! The sunny dining room with the large window seat offered a serene place to curl up with a book and watch the creek flow by. The homey living room and fireplace is so much cozier than any hotel room. The patio, grill and fire pit, with a lovely view of the mountains, creek and ponds provide a feel for the Colorado outdoors. The bedrooms are well situated to accommodate large groups of people without a squish. During my stay I preferred to travel to town by foot or bus. It took me about 20-minutes to walk to the top of Peak 9 (Beaver Run) or about 10 minutes to walk to Breckenridge Brewery or the mall. When I wanted to catch a ride the free Breckenridge bus makes convenient stops close to Four Ponds. Four Ponds is the perfect place for a small group looking for a quiet getaway, or for a large family gathering hoping to enjoy the best of this mountain town. I highly recommend Four Ponds and intend to stay here again the next time I visit Breckenridge.

This is a perfect family vacation rental because it combines a cozy, warm space in a beautiful setting with convenience! The downstairs with the sunken living room around a fireplace and the big open eating area is perfect for family gatherings and the bedrooms pack in the kids while keeping everything fun and everyone comfortable. It's close to town but private and quiet too! We loved it and have been there more than once. Highly recommended.
