Situated at the highest point of West Bay, the house overlooks the most gorgeous beach in the world. All balconies on three floors have fabulous views of the ocean but our top tower balcony looks out over the tree canopy and offers a panoramic 360 degree view of the Caribbean. Because we are on the hilltop we get the best of the cooling trade winds.

Our location offers quick and convenient access to West Bay, the best beach on the island, but our location on top of the hill offers a peaceful cool respite from the beach at the end of the day.

The house is designed as a quiet peaceful retreat with lots of open spaces, calming interiors and room to meditate, do yoga, pilates, stretch or just relax in the cool breezes and the rustle of the leaves on the trees which embrace the house.

Come back from a day spent diving, snorkeling, swimming, fishing, or beach walking, and in a few minutes be sitting in your own private luxury house, taking in the cool quiet calm view of the sunset, swinging in the hammock on the veranda, sipping a cold refreshing beverage.

The house is brand new and features all the best amenities. A large spacious fully equipped kitchen with marble counter tops, double stainless steel sinks, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer and with all the extra touches that will make you feel comfortable. (smoothie maker, toaster, coffee maker, lots of relaxing herbal teas!)

The bedrooms are large and spacious with spectacular views of the ocean to wake up to, with pure Egyptian cotton sheets, brand new pillow top orthopedic beds and walk in closets. The bathrooms have private access from the bedrooms with walk in showers and double vanities.

The house has quiet split unit AC throughout, with porcelain tiled floors and beautiful wood work.

We can also arrange for private guided tours to the hidden parts of the island up to St Helene and Camp Bay or even a trip to the Spa. We also have opportunities for volunteering at a local island orphanage or visit a local island school.
