This is a great home, in a great location. I would definitely go back and highly recommend. 5 of us (all adults) spent a week here in October and had a great time. Lounged around or fished during the day (go to Tailhunters to arrange, 3 blocks away) and ate fresh fish at night. The owners are great - relaxed, honest, nice. The house is historic and beautiful. It's spacious, very clean and well stocked. The bedrooms are huge and there is plenty of bathroom space. The front yard has a nice pool and a bbq and some kids play equipment. There is a secured parking area in case you rent a car or drive in. It was very peaceful, and in a perfect location: a couple blocks from the water and w/i walking distance to restaurants, bars, market, shops, and the downtown.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Our stay at Casa Revolucion was wonderful, exceeding our expectations in every respect. Location, walking to stores, restaurants and the Malecon, parking for two vehicles off street, luxury accommodations with original art, great kitchen and an enclosed grill, pool and patio that invited evening cocktails and dining - all contributed to a completely enjoyable stay. The owner extended herself to us with great warmth, and helped us feel like members of the La Paz community. Thank you, Gabrielle!

What to say about a perfect place? This premises provides everything you'll ask for during your holidays. Very spacious and tastefully decorated fan AND aircon rooms (1 single, 2 double rooms, 1 huge living room) with a well equipped kitchen, high-speed wireless internet, barbecue area and a very inviting pool do not let you develop the wish to ever leave this house. You just feel at home here. In case you really feel the need to get in the thick of things, the central location of Casa Revolucion within very short walking distance to the malecon is just perfect. Not at last the very helpful and funny personal nature of Miguel makes everything possible you ever feel the need to ask for. Is it diving you are after? Ask Miguel. Is it spending day and night outside in the desert and looking at a night sky you have never seen before this way? Ask Miguel. Nothing is impossible. Whenever I will be back to La Paz, this is THE place to stay. No need to look for anything else.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Casa Revolucion. It is well-located in town within easy walking distance from the square, the public market, the central business district and the malecon. The house is spacious. The rooms are large with high ceilings, ceramic tile floors and extensive tile work in the bathrooms. Gabriela and Miguel were always helpful and responsive. I highly recommend it.

Excellent location, within a stone's throw of the Malecon, zocalo, coffee house and a variety of great restaurants. The three bedrooms are huge and feature large tiled bathrooms. The owner and her local contact in La Paz are easy to get in touch with if you need anything. All the comforts of home: cable TV, high speed internet, full kitchen, outdoor BBQ grill, maid service, etc. I'll be back for sure!
