Beautiful Condo

I stayed in the condo for a couple of weeks and really enjoyed my stay. The grounds are kept very clean and beautifully landscaped. The condo was close to the mall, restaurants, and a grocery store. The condo was very clean and had a huge, furnished kitchen. The garage parking was also a plus in the cold weather. I also loved the jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom.The condo was very quiet; I never heard my neighbors the entire time. I truly enjoyed my stay here and would love to come back. The owner was extremely helpful and very easy to reach. I would definitely recommend this!

iT'S perfect!!!! Very clean, spotless (and I do mean spotless), comfortable and quiet. All rooms are beautifully decorated. (I want a kitchen and bedroom that big at my house ) Vickie (the owner) has thought of everything you need plus more. She is so nice to work with. The location is near eveyrthing, great walking areas, and the mountain sunsets are just beautiful . We highly recommend staying here. We will be back next year! Cleanliness & convenience are very important to us. Upon arrival, we found this unit immaculate. Businesses were either a short & pleasant walk, or a reasonable drive. The community information book was VERY helpful. Wish every landlord provided one! (Clever idea, Vickie!) Unit was beautifully decorated and very comfortable! Lots of extras were also provided. We would recommend this property to everyone wanting a clean, quiet, and comfortable stay!

You cannot imagine how clean, comfortable and nice this condo is from the great photos! You have to seeit to believe it. The furnishings were so beautifully well done and plush! No skimping in any room. The kitchen was overly equipped even with spices to use. Use of the exercise room and pool are a plus also. The owners were a delight to work with and we would recommend this over other rentals we have used. The location was near Tahoe or into city of Reno & airport within 10 minutes. So easy to access. Very quiet gated neighborhood with many stores and shops near - you even can walk to strip mall with grocery, restaurants, mail store, nail salon etc. Pretty vistas of mountains on sidewalk paths around the condos. While receiving medical treatments for 3 weeks it was actually my home away from home with all that I needed. What a joy to have this available!

Our stay in Reno was made extremely comfortable with our accommodations here. Vickie has thought of everything we needed right down to batteries for the remotes if they needed them. My family recently stayed here and we couldn't have asked for a better place. There were 4 adults and two kids and there was plenty of room. My kids enjoyed the coffee table so much we are looking at buying one ourselves! The kitchen is spacious and the bathrooms and laundry room large. We thought someone would have to sleep in the living room due to putting kids to bed early, but with all the space it wasn't necessary...we were able to put a pack-n-play in the bathroom! More than enough bedding and very clean. We couldn't have been happier! And with Starbucks and a grocery right around the corner what more could you ask for? I would highly recommend this place!

This is an outstanding place to stay! The unit is clean and very well appointed, the location was perfect, easy to find and nice and quiet. The owner was outstanding in her service to us, making sure we had everything we needed before our arrival and contacted us before we left. Shopping, entertainment and services are at your complex doorstep! We loved that the grocery was just out the gate and that if you wanted more shopping and dinning options, it was less than a mile away. Downtown is close, the airport was 15 minutes and of course the ski resorts were just “up the hill”. Perfect! No matter what you wish to do while in the Reno/Lake Tahoe area, this is the best place to stay. We would do it again! Thanks so much for everything!

We extended our stay in the area and couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay at Fallen Leaf! The condo was beautifully appointed, the information provided by Vickie in the condo was exceptional, and dealing with Vickie was outstanding! You know how to do it right! The location is wonderful! You don’t even have to get in your car to go to dinner or purchase groceries! It was peaceful and relaxing. Everything in the Reno, Carson City and Lake Tahoe area is just a short drive away. Anyone looking for a home away from home and a great hostess should call Vickie! We loved it and will be back again! Thanks a million for everything!

Great place to stay

The condo was great- very clean and well layed out for two couples and a child. We cooked almost all our meals there and the kitchen was very well set up. The condo is a nice size, plenty of room for a young child to play on the floor. Very quiet - right around the corner from a grocery store/starbucks/gas station- perfect!!! The map was super- condo was really easy to find! Thank you again, we had a great time!

Four of our family stayed at this condo for a family reunion. It was immaculately clean and well appointed. The condo and the location were exactly as described. Hot August Nights

The Condo was very clean and close to just about everything . Vickie was great to deal with and was very concerned with our comfort. The book on the local resturants and info about local shopping in stores as well as attractions was very helpful in planning out activities. We were there for Hot August Nights and found it to be close enough but yet far away enough for everything. We'll be back again.

My mother and I truly enjoyed our week in the condo. It is a very nice place and everything was ready for our visit. We were very comfortable, everything was clean and neat and we appreciated the great location and easy access to all of our activities. For the time spent in the condo after sightseeing, shopping, etc., you might want to consider adding another TV for guests who like to watch TV in bed. Thanks for everything!!

Vickie was incredibly gracious, friendly and sincerely accomodating. The home was well appointed and comfortable. We loved the open layout! The home was impeccably clean and well organized. While the condo unit was a little difficult to find within the condo community, once we found it, we settled in and felt right at home.

This is truly a home-away-from-home. My wife and I booked this condo for an extended weekend filled with skiing and stand-up comedy. The place is well cared for, immaculate, and quiet. When traveling and you are out and about, it's always nice to know that you have a clean and comfortable place to stay. We highly recommend it and would return without hesitation.

Reno Thanksgiving

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was very clean--much, much more than any hotel. The owner communicated regularly which assured us we were staying in a place someone cared for. The deposit was refunded 2 days after we left--very prompt. We liked the TV, condo exercise room, the decor, well-appointed kitchen, and the quietness.
