This comfortable classic Manzanita beach house is our 'Big House' address 180 N. Carmel -- one of two homes that can be rented separately or together. It is two short blocks to the beach and just steps from town. The Big House sleeps 8 people. The main level has a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and attached bathroom/laundry room. The upstairs has two bedrooms each with a queen bed. It has WiFi and cable. This child and dog friendly house is in the perfect location for a wonderful beach getaway.

This is our second time using this property. This time we had the larger property in front and loved it! We were also extremely happy with the smaller property in back in the past as well! There is a nice enclosed dog run in the back which is super! The location is fantastic with easy access to shops and restaurants! Can be a bit noisy from the tavern in back on a night they have live music but it's part of the beach fun! Can't wait to go back! Love Manzanita and it's wonderful charm!Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

This cozy house is in the perfect location in the heart of Manzanita! Two houses off the main street and a couple of blocks to the beach - we could hear the roar of the waves from the house. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dinnerware/glassware, pots, pans, etc. We were a family of five adults and a small dog and the house was roomy enough for everyone. Beds and couches were all comfortable. Having a washer/dryer was a bonus. Sliding door to back deck needs some work but it didn't ruin our vacation by any means! We'll definitely book this property again if our travels take us to Manzanita in the future.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

Pet deposits are refunded after my cleaning team signs off on the condition of the house.Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund less a one hundred dollar booking fee up to 60 days prior to occupancy. If the cancellation occurs within 30 days, we will refund half of the payment. If it occurs within1 week prior to occupancy, we will unfortunately not be able to refund the deposit.
