Seawind is a newly constructed property located in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama, this 2/2 beauty is a corner unit and has a 3rd room has bunk beds with a double on the bottom and a twin on top!!. The sofa also pulls out so the unit can sleep up to 8 people!!
Seawinds is located directly on the beach just 2 blocks from Highway 59, next to or nearby restaurants, shopping, golf, charter fishing, and many other activities.
The complex has a private beach access from the building to the beautiful, white, pristine beaches of Gulf Shores! The complex has a fitness center, hot tub, and indoor-outdoor heated pool available for the exclusive use of guests. Both outdoor and covered parking are available. There is a property manager on site as well.
In the condo, there is Direct TV and DSL hookups to make you feel right at home. All bedrooms are uniquely furnished with TV's and DVD players. The living area has a TV and a DVD player as well. There is balcony access from the den and master bedroom.
In the master bedroom there is a king-size bed, in the second bedroom there is a queen-size bed, in the 3rd room the sofa pulls out into a bed and the sofa turns into a bed! Therefore this unit can comfortably sleep 4-8 people!
This Seawinds unit has granite countertops in the kitchen and in the vanities in the bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs! This condo has all the luxuries you need to make this your home away from home on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

My husband and I spent 4 nights at Seawind Room 1801. We have a great time. The condo is beautiful, has a great view and met all our expectations. Some friends were there at Seawind in another condo and they referred to our condo as the "penhouse". WOW!!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

Great location. The condo is very nice and clean. This was the second time for us to stay here and we look forward to going back in the future.

This unit was GREAT!!! We had a blast. We especially liked the children's pool since we have small children. We will definitely be back next year and every year after that.

SeaWinds 1801 is great! The furnishings are beautiful and the bathrooms are big! Very convenient to walk right over to Sea-N-Suds. We didn't have small children, but the kiddie pool looked like a great place for the little ones! Lots of action on the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay in Seawinds 1801. It was very clean and well decorated and located in the perfect spot. Out daughter is 2 and she had a blast at the kiddie pool. We hope to stay again when she is older!
