Seawinds is a newly constructed property located in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama, this 2/2 beauty is a corner unit and has a 3rd room has bunk beds with a double on the bottom and a twin on top!!. The sofa also pulls out so the unit can sleep up to 8 people!!
Seawinds is located directly on the beach just 2 blocks from Highway 59, next to or nearby restaurants, shopping, golf, charter fishing, and many other activities.
The complex has a private beach access from the building to the beautiful, white, pristine beaches of Gulf Shores! The complex has a fitness center, hot tub, and indoor-outdoor heated pool available for the exclusive use of guests. Both outdoor and covered parking are available. There is a property manager on site as well.
In the condo, there is Direct TV and DSL hookups to make you feel right at home. All bedrooms are uniquely furnished with TV's and DVD players. The living area has a TV and a DVD player as well. There is balcony access from the den and master bedroom.
In the master bedroom there is a king-size bed, in the second bedroom there is a queen-size bed, in the 3rd room the sofa pulls out into a bed and the sofa turns into a bed! Therefore this unit can comfortably sleep 4-8 people!
