Welcome to our dream second home, no need to look any further! We are a Canadian couple who fell in love with Scottsdale and decided to have a permanent place we could escape our cold winters. We hope that you will also find our home enjoyable and comfortable to escape into the valley of the sun time and time again. This gorgeous, luxurious 1400 square foot condo built in 2008 is completely decorated with brand new amenities from beds to TV's. Beautifully designed and located across the street from the famous Grayhawk Golf Club. The complex is minutes away from the TPC - Home of the FBR Phoenix Open. We are also just minutes away from lots of fine dining (Mastro’s Steakhouse, Eddie V's, Ocean Club, Armitage, Flemings), shopping (DC Ranch Marketplace, Kierland Commons, Fashion Square, and Desert Ridge) and world-class golf courses (including Grayhawk, TPC, Troon North, Kierland, Talking Stick, Eagle Mountain, Wildfire and We-Ko-Pa). The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and DVD, furnished balcony and double sink en suite. All top of the line with granite, glass shower and large soaker tub. Enjoy the open concept dining and living experience from indoor or step outside to the other balcony terrace to experience a view of Pinnacle Peak and McDowell Mountain views. The state of art kitchen allows you to prepare gorgeous meals while your guests enjoy a beverage at the granite island, you are always part of the action! This condo caters to the golfers, shoppers or those that want to enjoy the finer parts of Scottsdale. The condo is also equipped with a 42" flat screen in the living room, a 32" flat screen in the master both include DVD/Surround Sound, high definition cable TV. On site you will find a large, heated pool, hot tub, state of the art exercise room and full club house including pool table, barbecue area, and entertaining rec room to further add to your list of amenities. From our awesome condo you can reach any part of Scottsdale in 20 minutes or less such as Fashion Square Mall (10 minutes), Tempe Market (15 minutes) or the airport (15 minutes), all you need is the 101 loop located 1 mile from our condo.
