Our luxury townhome is located in the exclusive community of Lakota, in the Antlers sub-division, directly across from Winter Park Resort. The views are wonderful and this fabulous town home offers everything you need for a perfect mountain retreat.
The town home is approximately 1800 square feet, three bedrooms, two-and-half baths, and sleeps eight people/two families comfortably. There is a private hot tub situated outside on the lower deck, which faces the Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski Mountains. Radiant floor heating, mountain decor, two mountain bikes for guest use and a heated, attached garage are a few highlights.
The unit is divided into three levels. An entry level with high vaulted ceilings with log pole accents is comprised of a living area with a gas log fireplace, breathtaking views of the ski mountain, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, a dining area that seats eight, and a half bath. The sofa also serves as a pull-out sleeper.
The upper level is dedicated to a spacious master suite with a gorgeous king-sized bed, walk-in closet, private bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi master tub, tumbled marble countertops, his-and-hers sinks, and fully tiled master shower with a window with mountain views.
The lower level has two bedrooms. One offers a luxury queen-sized bed and a private deck complete with an eight-person hot tub! The second bedroom offers two twin beds. The lower level also has a full-size washer and dryer and a full bathroom.
'09-'10 season - LAKOTA's own complimentary shuttle system to the Winter Park Resort base! For your convenience the shuttle picks up Lakota/Antlers residents outside your door several times in the morning, over the lunch hour, and picks up at the base several times in the afternoon. Also, you can catch Winter Park’s “Park & Ride” bus stop shuttles to WP Base, Town of WP & Fraser during ski season also – less than .2 miles.

Year Purchased: 2008
Orginally an east coaster skiing on ice, I now call Colorado home. My family and I are fully engaged in a Colorado lifestyle of skiing, biking, and hiking. Our 5 year old did some half pipe riding during the 08-09 season and our 3 year old ate lots of gummy fish on the groomers. We love calling Winter Park our second home!!!
