RECEPTIVE STRUCTURE. Casale Le Logge is a splendid completely independent country house with swimming pool, restored in 2003. The house represents high quality finishings with antique cotto floors and wooded ceiling beams. The furnishings are convenient and pratical such as; “arte povera” pieces, comfortable sofas and a well equipped kitchen. Casale Le Logge surrounded with elegance and comfort is situated in a panoramic position overlooking the Tuscan and Umbrian hills. The garden, surrounded by woods, is provided with a charming irregular shaped swimming pool. The position of Casale Le Logge is especially suitable for those who like to visit the most important historical and cultural centres of the Tuscan and Umbrian countryside and the thermal center of San Casciano dei Bagni and Chianciano Terme. The property has been realised by the owners as a holiday house and therefore provided with all necessary fittings to satisfy even the most demanding guests.
Interior
The ground floor is served by various entrances that lead to the living room, which is divided into different sections by means of antique arches made out of bricks. This room consists of a reading room, a sitting room, a game room, a dining area and a kitchen. By taking a staircase of six steps you will enter an area provided with a twin bedroom (with joinable beds) and a private bathroom with shower, which is convenient for disabled people (this area has an external access with the possibility of a ramp). The living room leads to the garden and the porch with dining area, and, by a beautiful internal staircase, to the first floor where you’ll find a hallway leading to the four bedrooms, all provided with en suite bathrooms with shower, of which three double and one twin (with joinable beds).
Park
The park, measuring 1 heactre, is well kept and and presents spacious, charming, relaxing areas, well equipped, where you can enjoy lunches and sunset dinners.
Swimming Pool
Open from first Saturday of May to the last Saturday of September. The irregular shaped pool, located in the garden, measures approximately 90 m² with depth of 1,40 m, it’s equipped with gazebo and quality furniture.
