Le Logge - a Splendid Completely Independent Country House.
Casale Le Logge is a splendid completely independent country house with swimming pool, restored in 2003. The house represents high quality finishings with antique cotto floors and wooded ceiling beams. The furnishings are convenient and pratical such as; “arte povera” pieces, comfortable sofas and a well equipped kitchen. Casale Le Logge surrounded with elegance and comfort is situated in a panoramic position overlooking the Tuscan and Umbrian hills. The garden, surrounded by woods, is provided with a charming irregular shaped swimming pool. The position of Casale Le Logge is especially suitable for those who like to visit the most important historical and cultural centres of the Tuscan and Umbrian countryside and the thermal center of San Casciano dei Bagni and Chianciano Terme. The property has been realised by the owners as a holiday house and therefore provided with all necessary fittings to satisfy even the most demanding guests.
PARK: The park, measuring 1 heactre, is well kept and and presents spacious, charming, relaxing areas, well equipped, where you can enjoy lunches and sunset dinners.
SWIMMING POOL: Open from last Saturday in April to the frist Saturday in October. The irregular shaped pool, located in the garden, measures approximately 90 m² with depth of 1,40 m, it’s equipped with gazebo and quality furniture.
INTERIORS: The ground floor is served by various entrances that lead to the living room, which is divided into different sections by means of antique arches made out of bricks. This room consists of a reading room, a sitting room, a game room, a dining area and a kitchen. By taking a staircase of six steps you will enter an area provided with a twin bedroom (with joinable beds) and a private bathroom with shower, which is convenient for disabled people (this area has an external access with the possibility of a ramp). The living room leads to the garden and the porch with dining area, and, by a beautiful internal staircase, to the first floor where you’ll find a hallway leading to the four bedrooms, all provided with en suite bathrooms with shower, of which three double and one twin (with joinable beds).
SERVICES INCLUDED: electricity, water, gas for kitchen use, weekly linen, initial and final leaning, plus three days a week from 9.00 to 12.00 am park and swimming pool maintenance.
COMPULSORY SERVICES ON REQUEST: extra cleaning (€ 15,00/hour/cleaner), extra linen (€10,00/person) heating, (on consumption based on up to date market prices),
firewood (€ 15,00/100 Kg).
COMPULSORY SERVICES NOT INCLUDED: extra cleaning when animals are present (€ 30,00 per animal per week).

- Located in a panoramic position between Tuscany and Umbria, next the medieval town of S.Casciano dei Bagni that has also one of the well known SPA and Wellness centre in Tuscany it is the ideal place to discover the most important historical and cultural centres of both regions. The nearness with the Motor way A1 with the exit of Fabro and exit Chiusi Chianciano Terme allow the visit with short drive to place such as Siena, Pienza, Montepulciano, Cortona, Perugia, Orvieto, Trasimeno Lake and Bolsena Lake. In the area you can find some thermal centres: S. Casciano dei Bagni, Bagno Vignoni and Chianciano Terme.. The 2 railway stations Chiusi or Fabro , both at about 20 km. allowed you to have nice daily trip also in the major cities.
