Accommodations:  Condominium, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths (Sleeps 6)

Peninsula Golf & Racquet Club is an exclusive, gated golfing community in Gulf Shores, AL. Amenities include a Golf Digest 4-Star course, 8 lighted tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, and a fitness center. This condo is situated on hole #1 of the Marsh course.


PLEASE REMEMBER:

- The Peninsula is a QUIET residential community.
- Check In 3:00 pm, Check Out 11:00 am. Keys are to be picked up and dropped off at 7745 Highway 59 South, Foley, AL 36535
- Absolutely No Smoking.
- Your credit card payment is due in full two weeks prior to arrival.
- A cancellation fee equal to the amount of your deposit ($300) will be charged for all cancellations after two weeks prior to arrival date.
- All payments are non-refundable beginning at Check-In on the first day of the rental, except for weather emergencies.
- The maximum number of guests is six (6) persons.
- Minimum stay is three (3) nights.
- You are responsible for all loss and damage to the condo except normal wear and tear. The owner has the sole discretion to determine whether damage constitutes “normal wear and tear.”

- $300 Security/Damage Deposit must be paid at time of reservation. It is refundable upon return of keys and inspection of the premises. The conditions that must be met for return of the renter’s deposit include, but are not limited to:
a. No damage or loss is incurred by the condo or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear;
b. No charges are incurred due to long distance calls, contraband, violation of these rules or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay;
c. All keys are returned to 7745 Hwy 59 South, Foley, AL 36535; and
d. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), law enforcement, or the security company employed by The Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club.

- Daily maid service is not available. One time linen and bath towel set up is included. Please do not take bath towels or linens out of the condo.
- $120 Cleaning Fee and 11% Lodging Tax are not included in rates and will be added to your total bill.
- A Peninsula vehicle "hang tag" will be available at the main gate when you arrive.
-You may utilize the Swim and Racquet Club for a minimal fee of $6.00 per day per person payable at the Club in the tennis shop. You may use the pool for $4.00 per adult per day and $2.00 per a child under 12 per a day.
- Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be cancelled, and the party will not be permitted to check-in or, if the rental has already begun, will be evicted.
- One adult over 25 years of age must be staying at the condo for the entire duration of the rental.
- Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.

- The following conditions constitute a weather emergency:
a. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or
b. A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area that includes The Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club.
c. The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation
order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:

(1). Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered,
(2). Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
(3). Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
