El Dorado Royale casita swim up suite is the best place ever. We meet some really nice people while we were there and the service is excellent. They are always coming around with food and ice cream and sun tanning lotion .... and always helpful. You can ride bikes and walk around the resort . It is very relaxing and beautiful. The room is awesome. It is big and the bed is very comfortable. This is the best resort we have been to by far. We are looking forward to coming back in Oct 2011. They also have lots of activities. They have this huge chess board....it is an absolutely gorgeous place to be....

Recommended for:Romantic getaway.

Hey Jud, thanks again for being able to help me out. Jud was able to accomodate some last minute reservations and when I say the last minute, I mean the same day! My wife and I stayed at the El Dorado Casitas and or stay was complete first class. We used exclusive club rooms through Exotic Member services and used our own personal concierge team through Exotic as well. The only regret is that I was not able to stay at the resort for a longer period of time, Jud again thanks.. I just got married on Saturday June 18th and without Juds last minute help my marriage would have probably ended the very next day... LOL... no but really, use this listing and the services that Judson provides with all confidence.

Judson, Both my wife and I wanted to sincerely Thank you for the opportunity you gave us to stay at The Eldorado Royal Casita's. It was amazing. The resort exceeded all our expectations. We enjoyed the staff, food, entertainment, etc...... The Exotic Travel Casita Check-In staff was Amazing. We wished we could have brought them home with us. We became really close with our Pool Bartender (Alfredo). We played Yatzee with him everyday. We had to teach him the game, but he loved it!!!! When we get a chance, we are going to send him the Spanish Version of Yatzee to show our appreciation of his service. He gave us his address and we are going to surprise him with the game. I also want to personally thank you for your patience on making this reservation. You always responded right away when I sent you an email. Everything you stated in your emails was 100% to the tee and legit!!!!! Kendall and I would love to book through you again if the opportunity exists. We are already considering finding a resort to go to for our Birthdays in November. Do you have anything that is similar to El Dorado for that time period? Destination does not matter as long as its 5-star and large like El Dorado Royal Casitas. Thank you again for EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ryan

We stayed at the El Dorado Royale Casitas from February 25-March 3, 2009. We had a great time and everything was as advertised or better. The Casita was very well appointed, the food was excellent (I am very demanding when it comes to food & service) and the service was even better than excellent. The detail and follow up by the staff was equivalent to what one might expect to find at a Ritz Carlton, Mandarin Oriental or other 5-star hotels. When I responded to you ad on VRBO I must say I was a bit skeptical. The offering seemed a bit unusual and there were no recommendations from satisfied customers. I did a bit of research on the Exotic Travelers Club to understand your offering and came to the conclusion it was legitimate. You have a pleasure to deal with, always prompt in answering email or phone calls and very helpful overall. I would most certainly deal with you again either at EDR or one of your other properties. And I will recommend you and your properties to others who might be planning a trip to Mexico. All in all it was an excellent experience. Bill Reilly Denver, CO
