*$300 deposit holds your dates which will be completely refunded after inspection.
*Cancellation policy, deposit is fully refunded with a 60 day notice.
*Prefer Saturday-Saturday but not always necessary, call or email for availability
*Accommodations are for up to 4 adults no over night guest allowed. 2 car parking
*You can pay when you arrive check-in 3:00pm, check-out 11:00am, no smoking inside
*Boat dock available only upon reservation. Boat trailer parking at local ramp.
*All Guests Must Be A Minimum 21 Years Of Age. Sorry no pets allowed.
