As the new owners of this beautiful 7-bedroom, 6-bath villa, we invite you to stay in The Enchanted Retreat!
Located in the beautiful gated community of Formosa Gardens Estates, you will enjoy a large lot in a private and tranquil setting, yet you are LESS THAN THREE MILES TO DISNEYWORLD!!
Formosa Gardens is a one minute drive to a grocery store, pharmacy, walk-in clinic, and many restaurants. A Target Super Store is two miles away, and a 24-hour Super Wal-Mart is less than ten minutes away, in addition to a Premium Outlet Mall.
Our spacious (approx. 4,000 sq. ft.) NON-SMOKING villa is fully air conditioned with two sitting areas, seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, and an oversized 45 ft. southwest facing pool.
In addition, there is a game room with an 8 foot pool table, and an air hockey table. Wireless internet access is available for those who are bringing a laptop.

My family stayed at the Enchanted Retreat the last week of February 2011. The house is located very close to Disney, shopping and an endless supply of restaurants. There is more than enough space in the Enchanted Retreat so no one will be on top of each other. The pool was great for swimming and the spa ( hot tub ) was wonderful for soothing aching bones at the end of the day from all the walking you have done. The kitchen has everything you need if you decide you want to cook and the house had a BBQ for grilling those steaks, hot dogs or hamburgers. The house itself is very clean and kept in very good condition. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

This is a outstanding villa set in the quite gated community of formosa gardens .All the bedrooms were large and the beds of gigantic proportions all tastefully decorated .The kitchen was well equipt with everything you should require and more .There was a abundance of towels so no need to take your own .The pool is a fantastic size and most welcoming after a long day at the parks .You are only five minutes from all the disney parks and about twenty from universal and seaworld so you couldnt be any nearer .We will definatly use this wonderful villa again and will recommend it to all our friends and customers .

This gorgeous home was "our home" for a week; four families, 16 people and we could not have been happier with our experience. We were truly amazed that there could be so many people in that home and no one was ever in anyones way! The home was exactly as it was described only more beautiful than the pictures even showed it to be. It was spotless, everything was well maintained, the linens--both bed and bath-- were excellent quality, and the entire house was well equipped with everything anyone could possibly need. We were very pleased with the location of the home, the activities near the home as well as the restaurants and shopping nearby. If you were to ask all of the children that were on this vacation what their favorite thing about the home was it would be a loud and unanimous cry....POOL! We spent hours and hours around (and in) the pool and the furniture out there was SO comfortable and was like brand new, the grills cooked many meals for us, and all of the pool accessories that were provided were a huge hit with all! This home is in a lovely gated community on a nice quiet street. We were extremely happy with the customer service that we received from the owners. They kept in contact with us as we booked so far ahead of time for our trip. Every question and concern was answered immediately. We are hoping to return to this area in a few years and if this home is still available we would not stay anywhere else. A wonderful, wonderful experience for our entire family. We just couldn't have asked for a more positive experience!!
